@SF311 Street lights in this walkway from Clementina St to Folsom between 5th and 6th have been out for several weeks if not months (see red wayfinder pin on map)
@AmazonHelp a package marked as delivered never showed (and yes it’s been more than 48 hours). The website doesn’t seem to have a flow for this, or a way to talk to a person, does that mean I’m supposed to file a chargeback with the credit card?
