Yotpo Affiliate Program FAQs

How long does it take to get approved?

We want you to start referring as soon as possible, so we’ll try to get back with you within 3 and no later than 7 business days.

When and how do Yotpo affiliates earn commissions?

Approved Yotpo affiliates will earn a commission for every paying Yotpo Reviews customer they drive within the 90-day attribution window. Payments will be issued on a net-45 basis for a duration of 12 months after the first payment. Payment threshold is $100.

What happens if my referral creates an account with Yotpo but doesn’t sign up for a plan immediately?

The extended 90-day cookie duration ensures that as long as they sign up within this timeframe, they will still be attributed to you and you’ll still earn a commission. So no need to worry about converting them right away - we understand it takes time!

What if my referral initially signs up for a cheaper plan but then upgrades?

We encourage this way of thinking! :) If this happens, you will begin to receive a higher commission, based on the updated monthly spend of your referral. And vice versa - if they downgrade, your commission will also be affected by the downgrade.

Are there bonuses for top performers?

Do you offer assets that I can use to help me drive referrals?

Once you’ve been approved, you will have access to product tutorials, brand assets and a variety of other helpful materials to boost your success.

Which Yotpo product will I be promoting as an affiliate via the Yotpo Affiliate Program?

The Affiliate program is currently only available for our Reviews and UGC solution and we will only attribute commission for driving referrals that have signed up for a paid Yotpo Reviews plan.
