We love your ambition! Yes, you absolutely can. That said, for the best candidate experience, we recommend applying to no more than two roles within a 12 month-period. This gives our recruiting team more time to dedicate to each application and helps you focus on the jobs that are best matched to you.
Nope! We have lots of different opportunities across teams and business functions at WalkMe, including non-technical roles. Our focus is on hiring high-performing talent who can help drive the company forward. The most important thing you can do is make sure that your skills and qualifications on your resume align to those outlined in the job posting.
Preparation is key to showing off your best self! Start by carefully reviewing the job description and be prepared to demonstrate how your skills and experiences tie back to the qualifications for the role. We want to learn about real-life situations and may ask questions that are behavioral, competency-based, or situational. At WalkMe, we’re committed to maintaining our high performance culture and driving greater customer success. WalkMe will remain its own legal entity until at least 2028, with most hires coming in as WalkMe employees.
