We prefer to receive requests three months or more before the event, but no less than thirty days before the event. Even with enough time, however, we cannot guarantee a requested speaker’s availability as this is an all-volunteer speakers bureau. The form DD2536 allows us to collect the information we need to staff the request efficiently.
