Aspiration
Through our Aerospace Engineering program, we aspire to transform midshipmen into the Navy’s and Marine Corps’ premier problem-solvers for achieving maritime superiority. We will achieve this by crafting educational experiences in which midshipmen collaborate, communicate, and lead in tight-knit teams to model, simulate, design, build, and test solutions to real-world aerospace systems mission and integration challenges. Aerospace Engineering graduates will go on to be indispensable leaders with the knowledge, skills, character, and habits of mind conducive to winning wars by making integrated systems that work and making existing systems work better.
