Academic Scheduling

***OCT 1, 2025: Due to the Government Shutdown, the Registrar's Office is closed and requests cannot be processed. We will resume processing requests, in the order received, when we are permitted to return to work.***

The Registrar's Office is responsible for managing and maintaing Academic Schedules and the Fall & Spring Final Exam Schedules for the Brigade of Midshipmen each semester. 

During the course of the year, we work to resolve conflicts of schedules and maintain the academic transactions of each midshipman on Midshipman Record Cards (MIDREC). We also provide academic and scheduling advice to the Department Chairs, Scheduling Officers, Advisers, Athletic Department representatives, and Midshipmen.
