The experience has been nothing short of perfect. I have dealt with Thais Tirloni (property selection)and Mary Morris (details of the week) in the planning of our family trip to the Cayman Islands in February.
They are professional, kind, relatable, patient and extremely communicative. Exceptional Villas should be proud to be represented by these two individuals. Very grateful.....thank you!

Can’t recommend Exceptional Villa’s enough. Rowena did a fabulous job of organising everything for us, arranging transfers, shopping, car hire and restaurant bookings.

Stayed in a villa at Windjammer Landing & Resort in St. Lucia. While the overall experience with Exceptional Villas and Windjammer was good, there are some things they fail to mention and I was not overly impressed with Windjammer. There were some little things that added up, which made me decide this would not be a place I would stay at again. All inclusive is quite expensive and the expectation is that everything would be kept stocked at all times. None of that happened. We had to call over and over to get items like water and soda restocked. Towels were left in a bag outside the door or on the floor somewhere. Sugar and creamer for the coffee was always out and multiple calls had to be made to get it restocked. This is not the type of service I was expecting.
Exceptional Villas fail to mention all the stairs in the villa and the pictures do not show them either. Constant up and down 27-33 steps multiple times a day is not ideal for older guests and should be mentioned. The villa itself is quite dated and not what I am used to when described as luxury.
Windjammer restaurants are good. Food is excellent. However, the majority of options require a reservation which is not ideal if you don't want to be tied down to a schedule. Also, some of the restaurant service is very slow. 3 hours for dinner is pretty lengthy especially if you have children. Windjammer convenience store is great to have but they charge different prices to different people for the same items. This happened to us several times at the store and the souvenir shop.
Overall, we had a good time and St. Lucia is beautiful. We have visited the country several times but I wanted to try a different experience. We will definitely be going back to Sandals for future Caribbean vacations.

Mary was an amazing help to us- holding our hand through payments, ordering food, arranging transfers. As we are a large group there were a lot of questions. Mary was patient and efficient.

We stayed at La Serenissima for 5 nights in November. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely attentive and professional. The property was breathtakingly beautiful and beyond our expectations. Each room was beautifully decorated and serene. We felt relaxed and pampered the second we walked through the open-air entrance! The Spa, with the steam room, dry sauna, cold plunge, massage room and fully equipped gym were a wonderful addition to our experience. The chef on staff prepared delicious meals while catering to the dietary restrictions (vegetarian & vegan) of some of our friends that travelled with us. The certified sommelier butler offered wine pairings and wonderful cocktails tailored to our preferences. The overall attention to detail was impressive! We would definitely recommend La Serenissima to anyone looking to escape and enjoy a luxurious vacation.

Then our concierge, Noreen stepped in and has been absolutely outstanding! She has gone above and beyond helping us coordinate additional details, transportation, car rental, a private chef, and a tour. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and proactive communication have given us complete confidence heading into our trip! She was so sweet and pleasant through all of our communications!
