Sunil Lala, CLC

Founder and CEO

After receiving his BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Sunil went on to Boston University in Brussels for his Masters in Computer Information Systems. After spending a year in Europe, Sunil completed the program at the main BU campus in Boston and has been in Massachusetts ever since.

Sunil has worked in Corporate America for 25 years, and has held various leadership and IT consulting positions in large companies such as Data General, National Grid, John Hancock, IDX, and MIT Lincoln Labs.

As a personal passion, he has also just completed his Masters in Biology at Harvard University, as well as his thesis on Merkel Cell Cancer at the world renowned Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

Sunil’s passion for coaching led him to become a Certified Career and Executive Coach. Realizing the huge and rapidly growing demand for coaches in both the personal and corporate space, and a dearth of high-quality, cost effective coach certification programs, Sunil launched Symbiosis Coaching with the express goal of bringing ICF accredited coach training directly to people’s homes.

“Our goal from the beginning was to not only offer very high quality programs, but to make them convenient and affordable for all”, says Sunil. “Through use of technology and by keeping our costs down, we have been able to do just that. Whether you are in Boston or Paris or Mumbai or Melbourne, you get the same high quality live training, and the same international certification recognized all over the world. And you pay the same low fee. Technology makes location irrelevant. Through our fully interactive virtual classes and convenient times, no matter where you are, you have access to these incredible training programs.”

Sunil’s vision has made Symbiosis Coaching programs one of the most sought after in the world.

Divya Jegasundaram, PCC, CLC, CEC, CODC, CMSLC

Senior Faculty, Mentor

Divya Jegasundaram is a Certified Fulfillment, Life, and Business Coach and Master Spirit Life Coach. She is Senior Faculty at Symbiosis Coaching, and an International Speaker. She is a three-time Best Selling Author and the co-creator of Coach Wisdom. She is also a “Canada’s Top 40 under 40” 2019 nominee.

Divya was born, bred and educated in Oxfordshire, England. She was fortunate to travel widely from a tender age; experiencing and appreciating a variety of cultures, ethnicities, faiths and people from all walks of life.

Social work, charity, ethics, focus, ambition and strong personal drive have been inherent qualities that Divya has emulated in all aspects of her life. Becoming a sponsor at an Orphanage in South India piqued her passion for helping others to formulate, shape and achieve their goals and dreams. Her ability to affect others positively is born from a patient and understanding temperament, a strong will, extraordinary drive and a humanity that radiates and embraces those around her.

These natural attributes led her to great success when she started working at an International Bank. She quickly rose through the ranks and became one of the youngest Branch Managers in Europe and North America. Her impressive career, quick ability to inspire, teach and motivate others prompted Bestselling Author, David Taylor to feature her in his book “The Naked Coach”. It is during Divya’s time in the Banking Industry, she saw the genesis of the exact skills needed to be a successful Life Coach where she spent more than a decade coaching different levels of employees for sales, customer relations, time management and personal development.

Divya’s easy manner and approachability allowed her to mentor and improve the teams across the country. She then emigrated to Toronto, Canada where her unique approach led her to more success in the corporate world. She left the Banking Industry after 13 successful years as she felt the fulfilment quotient of her life was somewhat incomplete. She found her niche as a Certified Fulfilment Coach and the work-life balance that allowed her to have a wholesome family life as a wife and mother.

Since Divya’s career as a Coach, her focus has been working with clients on fulfilment, empowerment, wellness and sales, therefore allowing people from different walks of life with different dreams, goals and desires to have access to her.

It is Divya’s passionate belief that people use her as a hammer with which to break through their dam of constraints, and be flooded with the reservoir of endless capability any person has.
