01Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Runcrate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Runcrate. If you are 13 to 17, you may use Runcrate only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and the parent or guardian who gives that permission accepts these terms and is responsible for all use of the account and for all payments made through it. Runcrate is not for anyone under 13.

03Use license

Permission is granted to use Runcrate for deploying and managing GPU instances, subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• You must not use the service to transmit malware or harmful code
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

04Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

05Billing and payment

Runcrate operates on a prepaid credit system:

• You must maintain sufficient credits to cover your usage
• Billing is calculated hourly based on active deployments
• Credits do not expire
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

06Service availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.

07Content and data

You retain all rights to any content or data you upload to Runcrate. By using our service, you grant us the right to store and process your data as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for backing up your data.

08Acceptable use

You agree not to use Runcrate to:

• Mine cryptocurrency without explicit permission
• Conduct distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
• Scan or probe networks without authorization
• Distribute spam or malicious content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

09Export controls and sanctions

You must comply with US export-control and sanctions laws and with those of any other country that apply to you. You may not use Runcrate:

• From, or for the benefit of anyone in, a country or region under comprehensive US sanctions, currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine
• If you, or anyone you act for, are on a US government restricted-party list
• For weapons of mass destruction, including nuclear, chemical or biological weapons and the missiles that deliver them
• For military end uses or by military end users where US or other applicable law restricts them

We may block access, suspend your account or end the service at any time when we need to in order to comply with these laws.

10Infrastructure partners

Your instances and models may run on infrastructure operated by our partners. Your use must also comply with the acceptable use policies that apply to that infrastructure. If a partner tells us about misuse, we may pass their notice on to you and act on it, including by suspending or ending the affected instances or your account.

11Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

12Limitation of liability

Runcrate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

13Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
