Permit information is not available by clicking the parcel on the map or by the parcel owner (unless access is granted by the applicant.) You may want to create one shared account so you will never lose access, even if an employee leaves.
How do I check the status of my permit application?
When you create your account in Permitting & Licensing HUB, you will be given access to a dashboard. If you are a contact on a permit, your dashboard will show you any permits that need attention, are pending, active, recently accessed or are in draft. You can then drill down to the individual permit to view status details and invoice information.

The applicant and contractor will receive an automated email notifications when an application has been successfully received and payments have been invoiced and / or received. Notification will be sent to the applicant's registered email. All other contacts can check the status of the application on the dashboard if the applicant has added the contact information using an active Permitting & Licensing HUB account.
What happens if I apply for the wrong permit?
Please contact Roswell Resident and Business Services as soon as possible by calling (770) 641-3727. If work has not started on the application, a Resident and Business Services agent can change the permit type.
