Yes, the handlebars are telescopic and can be adjusted from 41 to 48 inches, allowing every rider to find the most comfortable and natural riding position. Adjusting the height helps reduce strain on your shoulders, wrists, and back—perfect for both short commutes and long-distance rides.

3. Does it take up a lot of space when folded?

When folded, the bike measures 39”L x 23”W x 28”H, making it easy to fit in a car trunk, on a yacht, in a closet or under a desk, even in an apartment with limited space.

4. Is my Qronge e-bike pre-assembled?

The e-bike is partially assembled at the factory and requires some additional steps to complete assembly. Please watch the assembly tutorial carefully or refer to the e-bike user manual for installation instructions. Click here

5. What is your warranty policy?

All QRONGE bikes have a one-year (1 year) warranty from the date of receipt, covering manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship (all free accessories are not covered by the warranty).
We will replace any part that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship (including damage caused during shipping).

6. What is your return policy?

If the product is defective or damaged, please send a photo or video of the damage to customer service within 15 days after receiving the product, and we will replace or compensate you for the damaged part. All returns must be in the original packaging. If the original packaging is destroyed or discarded, the customer will lose the right to return the product due to product defects or other reasons, so please keep the original packaging for 30 days after receiving the goods.

    The Qronge Waterfall aka the Beast

    I have owned my Qronge Waterfall ebike for a little over 3 weeks and can say this Bike is truly made with quality and great Craftsmanship, I'm able to get almost 58 miles with pedal assist and with throttle almost 45 miles, it charges up super fast and is a blast to ride, I use my bike for Food deliveries and it's a Champion, if I purchase another ebike it's definitely going to be a Qronge ebike for sure, Top Notch after sales support and if you have any questions they will definitely answer them, do I recommend buying the Qronge Waterfall??? I absolutely Do recommend it because you're getting a quality ebike for a Great price , buy one or two and you can experience the awesomeness of owning and enjoying the Qronge Waterfall as well.
