Acceptance is not a fad
Have yet to understand the rationale for those anti-woke people.
Being woke is not a fad.
Acceptance of other people whether the same or different is not a design trend that comes back around like mid-century modern.
When I look around the only anti-woke people I see or hear are all exactly like each other; older white males.
The good news is that in my experience most of the older white males are as woke as their Gen z colleagues.
Oh did I mention that I'm older and white?
20 years from now all those older white anti-woke people will be dead.
Unfortunately I may also be but at least I will go knowing that I stood up for human rights and humanity in general and if I leave nothing I'll leave my reputation for that.
For the Trumps and Musks and Putin's and Zuckerbergs and Bezos etc of the world, unless you get hit by a bus you will all be laying on your deathbed and no matter how much money you have you'll still be on your same death bed as I will looking back over your life and reaching the epiphany that all of that money and glamor and glitz didn't mean anything because that's gone and here you are right now with nothing but you and your reputation and the good you've either created or the bad you either created.
I may not be wealthy nor powerful but I know that I left with people feeling I was only good.
There isn't a trillion dollars that can replace that
