I've still been tepidly following the MCU and I'll likely see the new Spider-Man, but I can't imagine being interested enough in Doomsday to see it in theaters, and I even like Doom as a character and love the X-Men. The clear way in which production is just mashing together separately filmed characters for one scene, not even telling the cast who they're talking to or what they're fighting based on some reports, and the rumors of the directors struggling to find the movie in the edit just kind of sours it. Even if all that weren't true, this kind of film feels more like housekeeping for the MCU than an actual script driven film. Why would I want to watch someone tidy up their room? Who knows though, maybe it will be good. I'll find out one day when I watch it on Disney+.

Damon spoke about his daughter's reaction to this "film," saying:

"Whenever she talks about the movie, she calls it ‘The Wall.’ And I’m like, come on, it’s called The Great Wall. And she’s like, ‘Dad, there’s nothing great about that movie.’ She’s one of the funniest people I know."

Damon's own child roasting him on this movie, and his own public admissions that it sucks, really should be a clue that we should let this one disappear into the steam pile of bad films. People, value your time on this planet.

Uhm, achtually, the final fight is 1 v 2 v 2. Two teams of two who are opposing each other, and one agent of chaos hitting whomever they can. Loved the eyes shot homage to The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly during that fight. Theater crowd loved this film. Great watch for martial arts fans!
