Seeking Public Comment on Licensed Paralegal Rule Amendments The Oregon State Bar invites comment on proposed amendments to the Rules for Licensing Paralegals (RLPs), which govern the licensing and scope of practice of Oregon Licensed Paralegals (LPs). The amendments would clarify existing rules, address questions that have arisen as the program developed, and provide added guidance about the scope of services that LPs may provide. If approved by the Board of Governors, the OSB will forward the proposed amendments to the Oregon Supreme Court for consideration. See the proposed amendments here.
