Parking

Free parking for the event is available at Tropicana Field in parking lots 1, 2, 6 & 7.

Please note: No vehicle traffic will be permitted on 16^th Street South. Access to Lots 1 and 2 can be found via 17^th Street S or 5^th Avenue S.

Security

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, we have implemented the following safety measures:

Security Screening: All guests will need to clear security screening at any of the three available entry gates. Follow signs to the closest gate when you arrive.
No Bags:To prioritize safety and expedite entry, bags of any kind are NOT permitted — including purses, duffle bags, backpacks, string/cinch bags, or coolers. Only small items 4” x 6” or less, such as a fanny pack or a small clutch, are ok.
No Weapons:Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, firearms, ammunition, knives, pepper spray larger than .65 ounces, and other dangerous items.
Permitted Items: Water bottles, strollers, umbrellas, accessibility or medical equipment, cameras with lenses less than 12 inches, and small fanny packs or clutches measuring 4” x 6” or less.

Please note that there are no storage areas available for prohibited items, so please leave them at home or in your car.

Autograph Passes

Season Member-exclusive Autograph Passes go on sale on Thursday, February 5 at 10 a.m. All other fans can purchase Autograph Passes Thursday, February 5, following Season Members. To be notified when Autograph Passes go on sale, you must claim a free Fan Fest Block Party ticket. Proceeds benefit the official charity of the Tampa Bay Rays.

Season Members

Fan Fest Block Party mobile tickets will be added automatically to Season Member MLB Ballpark app accounts. Rays Season Members will receive exclusive opportunities at the Fan Fest Block Party.

Exclusive Autograph Signings: Select Rays players will be available to Season Members only! Autograph passes will go on sale Thursday, February 5 at 10 a.m.
Retail Discount: Season Members will receive a 20% discount at The Bay Republic Team Store by showing their green Season Member Fan Fest Block Party ticket.

Charity Yard Sale

Rays shopping reimagined! Find unique Rays items, past and present, including branded bobbleheads, hats, and shirts. Fans can also get great deals on autographed memorabilia and authentic, game-used jerseys, hats, helmets, and bats.

All proceeds from the Rays Charity Yard Sale benefit the official charity of the Tampa Bay Rays.

Accessibility

Autograph Passes

Autograph passes for the event are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information about autograph passes, please visit: https://www.mlb.com/rays/fans/fan-fest/autograph-passes.

Event Entry

There will be no reentry for fans. Fans can claim a new ticket at RaysBaseball.com/FanFest for entry into the event.

Parking

Lot 1 and Lot 7 offer wheelchair accessible parking just outside of the event gates, with the majority of the spaces located in Lot 7. All wheelchair accessible parking is van-accessible. Enter Lot 7 from either 3rd Ave South or 4th Ave South. Wheelchair accessible parking is subject to availability. Please be advised that parking in the wheelchair accessible parking spaces in the Tropicana Field lots is monitored by the St. Petersburg Police Department and is subject to state laws and privileges. Tickets can be issued and/or privileges revoked in situations where the person to whom a wheelchair accessible parking placard or license plate has been issued is dropped off near the stadium and is not in the vehicle when it parks in a wheelchair accessible parking space. 

Restrooms

There will be accessible portable restrooms throughout the event footprint.  

Sensory Precautions

Please be advised that guests may experience effects, including loud noises, bright lighting, and visual effects throughout the event.  

Sensory Bags

Sensory bags are available at the Guest Services table to support fans who may experience sensory overload and enhance overall comfort during the event. Bags are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may be checked out by providing a valid photo ID.  

Service Animals

Non-service animals will not be permitted at the Fan Fest Block Party. Service animals trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities are welcome at this event. If a fan requires access to a service animal relief area, they can contact any staff member who would be happy to assist.  

Weather

Fan Fest Block Party is a rain or shine event.

Wheelchairs/Strollers

Our wheelchair escort service, Rolling Rays, is not available for this event. Wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, and other mobility aids are welcomed for the Fan Fest Block Party. Please note that this event will take place on grass, asphalt, and concrete, with the vast majority of activities on asphalt/concrete.
