Is the program free?
The Minted Wedding Professionals Program is completely free to join. You will have access to all program benefits with no additional membership fees. You can sign up for the program here, and within 24 - 48 hrs you will receive a welcome email with your discount code and additional information regarding your program benefits.

What benefits do I qualify for as a member of the Minted Wedding Professionals Program?

Who can I share my unique promo code with?
In order to ensure your discount remains exclusive to our wedding professional community, we ask that you please refrain from posting it on social media or online, and that you only share it with your contracted clients.

Which products are included in the wedding professionals discount?
All wedding stationery, including invitations and matching suite items, save the dates, ceremony and reception stationery, and all other party stationery.

Do I make a commission on sales generated through my unique code?
No, we do not offer commission on sales made through your unique promo code.

What is the rewards program?
Upon joining our Wedding Professionals Program, you will be automatically eligible for our tiered rewards program. Check out our Terms & Conditions to learn more.

What is the process for starting a custom design?
There are a few different ways we can get started on a custom design, depending on what types of changes you would like to make. Many customizations can be implemented using our online customizer tool. For more intricate requests, such as creating a design from scratch, we can connect you with a dedicated expert who can help bring your vision to life. Please reach out to planners@minted.com to get started.

How do I request samples?
We can provide you with free samples of our wedding stationery for styled shoots and client consultations (and sending samples directly to clients). To get started on a sample request, please email planners@minted.com with the links to the product page(s) of your choice of the color theme for up to 10 samples per request. One of our team members will follow up within 2-3 business days to confirm your order and provide the estimated delivery date. Please keep in mind that our typical turnaround time is about 2 weeks.

I ran out of the promo code referral cards I received in my member sample kit. How can I get more?
Please email planners@minted.com, and we’ll send you a new batch of A2 promo code cards to help you share your exclusive discount.

How do I give my complimentary wedding website upgrades to my clients?
Please email planners@minted.com to request one-time-use codes to pass along to your clients. These will allow them to customize their website URL for free.

How do I update my information (email, business address, company name, etc.)?
If your business or contact information have recently changed, please reach out to planners@minted.com to update.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement for my unique promo code to apply?
There is no minimum requirement or spending limit for your discount code to apply. If you are receiving an error message at checkout and there are no items in your cart that are excluded from your wedding professionals discount, your code may need to be updated. Please reach out to planners@minted.com for assistance.

Terms & conditions

  • By accepting membership to Minted Wedding Professionals Program, you agree to use your unique discount code only for distribution directly to your clients, and not to share it with the general public through your website, social media, or any other means. Minted may, in its discretion, change or deactivate your code if it is shared to the general public.
  • The Minted Wedding Professionals Program member discount applies only to wedding products, and does not apply to commissioned art, customizable fine art, all products purchased from the “direct from artist” section of our website, Minted More membership fees, Photo Op or styling, all fabric goods, or customization services.
  • Discounts do not apply to shipping charges or tax, and cannot be combined with any other offers or Rewards Programs, including discounted credit.
  • Please refer to https://www.minted.com/lp/wedding-professionals for the most current program discount information.
  • To place an order using your unique code, you or your clients must have an account with Minted and agree to Minted’s terms of service and privacy policy. Participants must enter the code at checkout in the “Promo Code” field and click “Apply”. A message will appear below the box confirming your discount has been applied to the order.
  • All images, copy and designs are the property of Minted and may not be used by you unless specifically permitted by Minted.
  • Membership may be denied or terminated at any time, with or without cause, at Minted’s sole discretion.
  • Minted may, in its discretion, change the Minted Wedding Professionals Program terms and benefits at any time with or without notice.
  • By joining Minted Wedding Professionals Program, you are automatically enrolled in the Minted Rewards Program, making you eligible to earn Rewards—including tiered Minted credits and other benefits—based on orders placed using your unique code.
