Maplesoft Elite Maintenance Program
The Maplesoft Elite Maintenance Program (EMP) provides many valuable benefits to Maplesoft customers. Typically, Maplesoft products come with 12 months of EMP membership, which can be renewed annually to ensure you never lose access.

Benefits of Your EMP Membership
The following describes the EMP benefits for Maple customers. Other Maplesoft products will offer similar benefits, as appropriate.

  • Upgrades to the latest release of Maplesoft products, ensuring that you are always working with the latest technology from Maplesoft
  • Access to premium product features and services through the M-One Plan. The M- plans give you access to: 
    • Access to AI-powered features in Maple, including:
      • The AI Assistant, which helps you accomplish your complex or unfamiliar tasks in Maple significantly faster
      • The Document Import tool, which turns static PDFs, printouts and other non-Maple documents into Maple documents with live math
      • The Natural Language package, which powers your own explorations and applications that call on AI from within Maple
    • Maple MCP. Plug the Maple math engine into your favorite external AI tool, so it will produce math results you can trust.
    • MapleCloud storage so you can access your work from anywhere and easily share it with others
    Your EMP membership comes with an M-One Plan. You can choose to add a higher tier M-Plan to your license if you need greater levels of access to these features and services. Learn more about M-Plans and Elite Credits
  • Maple Calculator Premium – Get the power of Maple on your phone, with unrestricted access to features like Solution Steps and Check My Work
  • Maple Learn. EMP members have full access to Maple Learn, the online environment for teaching and learning math. You can use Maple Learn directly, as much as you wish. You can also use it to deploy educational content that you create in Maple, such as practice quizzes capable of checking the steps in their solutions, to students who don’t have Maple.
  • Access to Client Outreach Services. The Maplesoft Client Outreach team is available for customized onboarding support including bootcamps, training seminars, hands on workshops, and content creation to help you get the most out of your investment. Available to EMP Customers with Academic and Commercial Licenses
  • Discounts for your students. If your institution’s Maple license doesn’t already cover your students, you can provide them with Maple discounts through the Maple Adoption Program. As part of the Adoption Program, eligible instructors will also receive a free home-use copy of Maple. Available to EMP Customers with Academic Licenses

Using Elite Credits

Each M-Plan provides credits which are used to access AI-powered tools and services, in and outside of Maple. AI-powered features are only available to EMP members.

  • Credits are “spent” on AI-powered features and services, including the AI Assistant, Document Import, the Natural Language package, Maple MCP, and the Maple Learn AI Assistant.
  • How many credits are used depends on how much compute power the AI uses to fulfill the request. For example, importing a ten page document will use more credits than importing a one page document, and sending a query to a large AI model uses more credits than sending the same query to a small AI model
  • Each individual Maple user at your site gets their own pool of credits to draw upon
  • Credits are replenished monthly for as long as you are an EMP member
  • If you need more credits, you can add a higher tier of M-Plan to your Maple licence
