They came curious ... and they left building. At UNBOUND 2026, our first-ever Builder Bar took what we've been saying about building with confidence and made it real. Developers and no-code builders sat side by side, getting unstuck with our product team, taking on live build challenges and shipping real things in minutes. Everything in those challenges runs on tools you can use in your own account today. Even the app powering the Builder Bar was built with them. We put "Come curious, leave confident" on the wall. A big thanks to all who participated and proved it. Anyone can build fast now, so we built for the hard part. Explore the HubSpot Developer Platform: https://hubs.la/Q04yxlBy0

I think HubSQL is the best thing to happen to HubSpot since UI extensions. Over this week I'll be sharing why starting with the biggest reason: HubSpot's Search API stops at 10,000 results. If you need to query against a specific query and you expect to hit over 10k records you need to then paginate every object and distribute events yourself. Every integration has written this workaround: sort by hs_object_id, page, repeat, and hope the sync finishes before the rate limit does. If millions of rows of scale this becomes extremely annoying to handle some times. HubSQL changes the query you're sending. Instead of asking for the records, you ask for the answer. Two million deals in. Twelve rows out. One request. Even though it still has the 10k limit you can create a much better query that provides a direct answer in the response rather than just returning straight records. This doesn't replace a warehouse sync when you need the raw rows. It does remove the warehouse for the cases where you only needed the numbers: pipeline by stage, revenue by product line, tickets per owner per week. All of that was "export to Sheets" or "pay for a sync tool" until now. Query in the image. Try it in your portal if you have beta access.

Most of the time, feedback is about getting something fixed. But sometimes, it presents a different type of opportunity 👀 We’d been hearing feedback from app developers and founders about the HubSpot Marketplace listing process: where things weren’t clear, where they were hitting roadblocks, and what they wished they knew before submitting. And that the queue was taking longer than expected... Then Jonas De Mets posted about how quickly the second Koalify 🐨 app went live, and that it was so quick they weren't actually ready to launch it yet! It was the contrast between their experience and first-time app builders that sparked an idea — what if we brought together people on both sides of the listing process to share their insights with the community? The result? Pass It On: lessons from both sides of a Marketplace listing review Koalify Co-Founders Jonas and Tim Coppieters brought their perspective from listing two apps in the marketplace. Jana Babouder-Matta from HubSpot's Ecosystem Quality team shared insights from the listing review process. They had a candid conversation about the listing process, where things might go wrong and how to avoid them, and what can help you get your listing approved on the first pass. In the background, our team addressed one of the biggest pain points for app approval. Submitting your listing is now blocked if you don't have 3 active installs, removing the back-and-forth and reducing the queue. Now it's clear what counts as an active install 👏👏👏 After all the planning, recording, reviewing, and passing ideas back and forth, Jana and I had the chance to meet Jonas and Tim in person at UNBOUND! I'm really excited about this collaboration because it makes the path a little clearer for whoever builds next, so we can all learn from each other and share what we know. And hopefully, pass it on 🧡 📑 Review the docs: https://lnkd.in/esKMBhzT 📖 Read the blog: https://lnkd.in/ebD3H6Xm ▶️ Watch the video: https://lnkd.in/evRxfiY

Agents can run on HubSpot, or run HubSpot. That's what Spotlight announced this morning and the word underneath all of it is confidence👇 Building got fast. Staying in control of what you built is the harder problem and it's the one this release solves: → granular scopes → user-level installs → migration tool → date-based versioning → portability → app insights Governance is the foundation that makes moving fast sustainable.
