Non-human identities outnumber humans in most cloud environments. And increasingly, they're not just service accounts. They're AI agents assuming roles, calling APIs, and chaining actions across services. When something goes wrong, the audit log tells you what credential acted, not why. No one owns these identities cleanly. Access reviews get rubber-stamped because no one can explain what they're even supposed to do.
