I sincerely hope the same commitment to supporting freelancers also extends to cases where an account is suspended or restricted. I am currently facing this situation myself. My Upwork account has been suspended, and despite submitting appeals and requesting a manual review, I have not received a clear explanation of the specific issue that led to the suspension. I am completely willing to clarify anything, provide supporting information, or correct any genuine issue if one exists. What I am asking for is simply a clear explanation and an opportunity for a proper human review. If any member of the Upwork team sees this comment, I would sincerely appreciate it if someone from the relevant team could contact me or guide me to the appropriate channel for a manual review of my case. Upwork When I ask for a collaboration deal with Upwork I never received no answer. Don't know where the hell these promotions and projections happens. I am looking for selling, regarding my five academic modules. These modules can get accredited into university and college level degree programs, as they are comprehensive academic masterpieces, covering all aspects of five lively current fields through various chapters. Each module carries 23,000 plus words and 14 chapters, along with a PowerPoint slideshow. Five modules: 1. Full Stack Development & it's Integration with AI 2. AI & it's impact on various sectors 3. As a freelancer who relies on freelancing marketplaces as my primary income source, I am sharing a critical issue regarding Upwork Hourly Payment Protection that requires leadership attention. On a recent urgent contract (Ticket #55423530), I tracked my hours via the Upwork Desktop Tracker to complete high-priority deliverables. After the client's payment failed, my earnings ($700) were reversed. Upwork Support denied Hourly Protection, citing "low activity" and "insufficient memos." In specialized workflows—such as cross-referencing documents and waiting for real-time confirmations—keystroke frequency does not equal active work time. The deliverables were completed and verified on schedule. Reversing payment for tracked work due to client payment defaults—relying solely on activity algorithms—places an unfair burden on freelancers delivering in good faith. I trust Upwork, but support stated this decision cannot be reviewed further.
