Hello Hayden Brown, I’m sharing this respectfully and hoping it reaches the right team. My Upwork account was permanently suspended on Dec 25, 2025 after automated systems flagged possible automation-related activity. I’ve been on Upwork since 2017, earned $150K+, and worked mainly with long-term clients. Upwork has been my only source of income to support my family. Any unusual activity may have been unintentional and related to system setup during client work, not bad intent. I’m respectfully asking for one chance to return to the platform, under any conditions or restrictions you feel are appropriate. I truly value Upwork and would be very grateful for the opportunity. Is a pity that now Upwork is only for freelancers that have money to buy connects, no matter if you are top rated or top rated plus, doesn't make sense spend money on connects if you are unemployed, and anyway you can spend a lot money in connects and apply to jobs and this is not a guarantee that someone hire you, I have seen many clients never hire, they post jobs... but they are just curious people... seeing, asking, looking for free consultations, they don't have real intention of hire is so frustrating.... these ghosting clients and ghosting jobs cost money that nobody will give you back, such a waste of money.
I remember now why a long long time ago I stopped using Upwork, clients pay a pittance and Upwork charges people for connects. What kind of scam organisation charges people to apply for jobs?
