Fandom is powerful, but brands can't fake their way into it. The biggest opportunities happen when brands tap into culture in a way that authentically resonates with audiences, as Melissa Sofo, Vice President of US Sales at Vevo, shared in the FQ Lounge at #AWNY26. When the artist, community, and message align, people notice and, more importantly, connect. #FQLeaders #VevoPartner

Inside BLACKROLL | How we work What’s behind the roll? 👀 What’s it like working behind the scenes in our Product team? 💡 With new team members joining and lots of projects moving at the same time, our Product team recently took a step back to look at how they work together. The workshop was a mix of getting everyone up to speed, exchanging ideas and looking at what’s currently on the table. A few things they focused on: → Getting a better overview of current tasks and priorities → Brainstorming around existing products and new ideas → Finding ways to work more efficiently as a team → Making sure everyone knows what’s happening and where things are heading Because working in Product is not just about developing products. It’s also about bringing different perspectives together, setting priorities and constantly asking: How can we do this better? And at the end of the day, it’s all about one thing: bringing our best ideas together to create the best products for you. A little glimpse into what working in Product at BLACKROLL can look like. Another way to Feel Greater. #InsideBLACKROLL #FeelGreater #HowWeWork #TeamBLACKROLL #ProductDevelopment #LifeAtBLACKROLL #BehindTheScenes

Our founder hired a team this weekend. None of them are human. At Artroom8, Brian Bowen's SI (super intelligence) Chief of Staff, Jarvis, already runs his inbox, calendar, LinkedIn and website. This week they went further and built out The Crew: specialist SI bots for production, creative, sales outreach, finance and client programs, each with one clear job. Then they did something most teams never do. They cut the bots that weren't pulling their weight and merged the ones that overlapped. "Fewer, sharper roles beat a crowded org chart," Brian says, "whether your team is people or software." 3 things Brian has learned building an SI team for a small studio: 1. Give every bot one job and a name. Vague roles get vague results. 2. Review the roster like you'd review staff. Merge, cut, promote. 3. Keep taste and sign-off human. The bots draft. He decides. "Technology is changing how we work, but the goal hasn't changed," Brian says. "Great stories, told well." What would you hand to an SI team first? #SI #GrokBot #FutureOfWork #Artroom8 #Leadership

#FQLeaders ✨ Engagement is important, but it shouldn’t be the only goal. As Jason Tartick, MBA, Creator, Author, and Founder at Rewired Talent Management, shared in the FQ Lounge at Advertising Week, letting your creators do their thing (and have a little fun along the way) is crucial to success. #AWNY26

𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐃𝐎𝐄𝐒𝐍’𝐓 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐄. In my last post, I talked about that Twilight Zone feeling many women experience when everything seems to be changing at once. Children. Parents. Careers. Bodies. Priorities. But there’s another side to this conversation that we don’t talk about enough. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐞’𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐲? By 50 or 60, she's led teams, managed budgets, developed people, navigated change, raised families, and figured things out with no playbook. 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒔 𝒗𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒆. Yet too often, women reach this stage and begin asking: Am I still relevant? I think we’re asking the wrong question. The better question is: How do I reposition everything I know for what I want to do next? Maybe that means a new leadership role. Maybe it’s consulting. Maybe it’s entrepreneurship, board service, mentoring, fractional work.....or something you haven't even considered yet. The goal isn't to recreate the career you had. It's to recognize the 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 of what you've built and decide how you want to use it now. At The Studio, this is a conversation we want more women and more organizations to have, because experienced women don't need to quietly fade from the workplace. We need to create more ways for their experience to evolve. If you’re looking to connect and collaborate with like-minded women, this may be an experience worth considering... for you personally or for women on your team. The Studio by LCG, a private advisory with curated experiences for women leaders is hosting an intimate weekend at Irresistible Villa in Napa Valley, January 15–16, 2027.
