LeetCode questions can be useful in building coding skills but if you ask me they aren't necessary to actually do the job if you ask me. They can be difficult. However, they are part of the interview process and we need to ace them during the interview. As someone who has done close to 1400 questions and has taken part in different coding challenges, here is my advice! 1) Practice different types of questions to recognize patterns. 2) Read the hints and discussions. 3) Practice doing the questions under timed constraints. #leetcode #dsa #interviews

🚀 365 Days Interview Challenge – Day 11 🎯 Experience Level: Beginner ❓ Interview Question: "Can you explain what a Closure is in JavaScript with a simple example?" ✅ Explanation: A Closure is when a function remembers and has access to variables from its outer (parent) function, even after that outer function has finished running. Think of it like a backpack. When a function is created, it packs a small bag (closure) with all the variables it

Most React interview prep gets it wrong. Here's what truly makes you stand out: • 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀. React builds on JS. Deep understanding of closures, 'this', and async/await is crucial. • 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺-𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘅. Interviewers want to see how you approach challenges, not just memorized code snippets. • 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁'𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀. Explain the Virtual DOM, reconciliation, and component lifecycle with clarity. • 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁. While class components are still around, modern React development largely uses Hooks. • 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀. Articulate your decisions and reasoning aloud, even if you make a mistake.

🚨 A Pattern I See in Almost Every Java Interview Candidates try to answer quickly. They jump straight into code. They start explaining concepts. But strong candidates slow down. They first understand the problem. They outline their approach. Then they explain the trade-offs. This small difference changes how interviewers evaluate you. Because interviews are not checking how fast you answer. They’re checking how clearly you think. And clarity is what gets offers. 👇 Comment "JAVA" if you want to prepare like an interviewer. #Java #SpringBoot #Microservices #Backend #Interviews #Programming #SystemDesign #JavaDeveloper #Cod #Note - Team post | On behalf of the author & mentor — Amitesh Kumar Ray

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐬 (𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧) Many times candidates fail interviews, get down-leveled, or are rejected by the hiring committee — not because they don’t know the solution, but because they don’t approach the problem the right way during the interview. In coding rounds (DSA or JavaScript), interviewers are not only evaluating the final answer. They want to understand how you think and how you arrive at the solution. A good problem-solving approach usually looks like this: 👉Clarify the problem Explain the problem in your own words and confirm your understanding. 👉Start with a brute force approach Even if it’s inefficient, show how you would solve it first. 👉Improve the solution Discuss possible optimizations and move toward a better approach. 👉Arrive at the optimal solution Explain why it works and how it improves over previous approaches. 👉Discuss complexity Always talk about time and space complexity of your final solution. 💡 Interviewers often care more about structured thinking and communication than just jumping to the optimal solution. ⸻ If you’re preparing for big tech interviews, how you approach the problem matters as much as solving it. 🚨 700+ Java Interviews Taught Me One Brutal Truth Most developers don’t fail interviews because of lack of knowledge. They fail because their answers sound unstructured. I’ve seen candidates who knew the concept… but still got rejected. Why? Because interviewers look for three signals: 1️⃣ Clarity of thought 2️⃣ Structured explanation 3️⃣ Real-world reasoning Anyone can memorize definitions. But strong engineers can explain: Why it exists. When to use it. When NOT to use it. That’s what senior interview panels evaluate. Preparation is not about more questions. It’s about better thinking. 👇 Comment "JAVA" if you want to prepare like an interviewer. #Java #JavaInterview #SoftwareEngineering #TechCareers #InterviewPreparation #Note - Team post | On behalf of the author & mentor — Amitesh Kumar Ray
