Tony Winders shared thisI was honored to share the stage with my good friend Reggie Gray and fellow board members of the Intercontinental Chamber of Commerce (ICC) at the Cross-Border Business Summit in Tijuana. The event brought together hundreds of business leaders, government officials, and international representatives to discuss opportunities for strengthening economic collaboration between Mexico and the United States. One of my personal highlights was stepping outside my comfort zone and delivering part of my remarks in Spanish. It wasn't perfect, but it was a meaningful reminder that strong business relationships are built through effort, respect, and genuine human connection. Our discussions centered on several important topics, including the growing opportunities created by America's aging population and the increasing interest in retirement and second-home living in Mexico. We also explored the importance of addressing security perceptions and building confidence to help unlock greater tourism, investment, and economic growth across the region.
