Ryan Anderson shared thisI’m excited to share that I’ve joined 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 as 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to help build and scale supply chains across industries. From my time in consulting to advancing sustainable agriculture at Plenty, to supporting the rapid growth of battery and Auto businesses at Tesla and Lucid Motors. Each experience has reinforced the same belief: great products are only possible with resilient, innovative, and collaborative supply chains. I’m thrilled to begin this next chapter at Ford, where I’ll be helping strengthen the global supply chain supporting Ford’s growing energy business. The opportunity to contribute to the future of energy storage and electrification at an Iconic company with such a rich history of innovation is incredibly motivating. I’m especially excited to work alongside the talented team at Ford Energy as we continue building the technologies and supply chains that will help shape the future of energy. It has been a privilege to work alongside some truly exceptional people while helping bring remarkable products to life. Together, we tackled immense challenges, celebrated meaningful milestones, and pushed the boundaries of what is possible in the EV industry. While I won’t be around to see the midsize program launch, I’m incredibly excited to watch it hit the road. I have no doubt it will be a tremendous success and a testament to the talented team continuing the journey. A special thank you to Peter Hasenkamp for taking a chance on me—twice. Your trust and support have had a profound impact on my career. Thank you as well to Kevin Callanan JD, MBA for your leadership, guidance, and charismatic wit, and to Robert Walton for your unwavering support, dedication, and, most importantly, your friendship over the years. By combining the industry-leading software-defined vehicle architecture of the Lucid Gravity, the scalability and proven capability of the Nuro Driver™ Level 4 autonomy system, and Uber’s vast global network and dynamic fleet management, the companies are working together to deliver a fully integrated robotaxi experience developed for comfort, safety, and scale. Uber aims to deploy a minimum of 20,000 Lucid vehicles equipped with the Nuro Driver over six years, with the first vehicles expected to launch in a major US city later next year. Ryan Anderson shared thisYesterday I had the privilege to attend the groundbreaking of Panasonic Energy’s newest battery plant in Kansas with several of my esteemed colleagues including Marc Winterhoff, Emad Dlala, Brian Spatocco Nick Massa and Nick Twork This is an exciting milestone for Panasonic and Lucid as we look to start utilizing these battery cells for our amazing products. These high energy cells help Lucid countinue improving our industry leading range. This is also a huge win for Kansas as the largest private investment the state has ever seen, along with huge win for US manufacturing adding over 4,000 jobs to the area. Huge congrats to Yasuaki (Kris) Takamoto Allan Swan and Ken Koide on this historic milestone. We look forward to being a key partner for many years to come!

It has been a privilege to contribute to that mission and be part of a team that consistently challenged what’s possible. What I’ll value most, however, are the people. The trust, collaboration, shared ambition, and relationships built along the way have made this experience truly meaningful. The lessons learned and the people I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside will stay with me well beyond this chapter. A special thank you to Derek Allen, Hasan Kahyaoglu, and Lindsey Holland for your trust and support, and to Eric Bach, Charles Wildig, and Vivek Attaluri for your guidance. As always, the people are the most important part of the journey, and there are a number that I want to thank. Firstly, Bridgett Golden and Justin Wisdom who welcomed me to Lucid and taught me the ropes. You smoothed a number of my rough edges and taught me to be comfortable in uncertainty. Thank you! Next, Michael Daboll and Robert Walton who welcomed me into supply chain. The opportunity to work in such a cross functional role and the lessons on what to prioritize were imperative to my career growth.
