Pragati Gupta shared thisGot a new home. 🏡 Ticked another one off the bucket list before 30. I've been trying to write this post for days and nothing feels quite right, so I'll just keep it simple: this is a dream come true. One I've carried since I was young. ❤️ Grateful doesn't cover it. But it's the closest word I have. To my family, who believed in my potential long before I did. And to everyone who cheered for me through the version of life where this was still a maybe. Thank you, truly. ✨ And to the little girl who wrote this down years ago: we did it. Some goals take years. This one was worth every single one. Onto the next. ☺️ #pragaticreates #writer #contentmarketer #freelancer #linkedin

Pragati Gupta posted thisHere's an observation from 7 years in content that I think applies to almost everything: The quality of your output is determined by the quality of your inputs. Writers consuming only other writers' content produce derivative content. Writers who read psychology, economics, business, and talk to customers produce original content. Strategists reading only marketing blogs produce recycled strategies. Strategists studying business models, behavioral patterns, and first-principles thinking produce strategies that actually work. Input shapes output. Always. You can tell by reading someone's content what they consume. If every insight sounds like a repackaged LinkedIn post, they're just consuming LinkedIn posts. If their analogies come from unexpected places, biology, urban planning, cooking, they're pulling from a wider world. The most interesting content creators aren't the best writers. They're the most interesting thinkers. And interesting thinking comes from diverse inputs. If your content feels stale, don't study more content frameworks. Read something completely unrelated to your industry. Sometimes, the best content ideas don't come from content. They come from everything else. #pragaticreates #writer #contentwriter #copywriter #freelancewriter #freelancing #linkedin

Pragati Gupta posted this"How do we show up in ChatGPT results?" "How do we optimise for AI overviews?" "Should we restructure everything for LLM visibility?" Okay, slow down. Breathe. Here's what I keep seeing: brands that were invisible on Google are now asking how to be visible on ChatGPT. Cool, but how? GEO isn’t something different, it’s an extension of SEO. And the fundamentals haven't changed: • Is your content genuinely more useful than what already exists on that topic? • Are you the most credible source for this subject (not self-proclaimed, but evidence-backed?) • Does your site have the technical hygiene that makes it easy for any system, Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity to understand what you're about? If the answer to any of those is no, focus on SEO first instead of GEO. Companies are spending on "GEO strategy" when their site doesn't even have proper schema markup. The brands showing up in AI-generated answers right now aren't the ones who cracked some GEO code. They're the ones who spent years doing boring, unsexy, SEO foundational work. Stop taking shortcuts. #pragaticreates #writer #contentmarketer #freelancewriter #geo #seo #ai #linkedin

Pragati Gupta shared thisNext time someone tells you "degrees are dead," check what they're selling. I'm serious. Go look. 9 out of 10 times, there's a course, a community, or a coaching programme in their bio that costs ₹50K-2L and promises to replace a formal education. Convenient, right? "Don't invest in a degree. Invest in MY programme instead." I have an MBA. And the single biggest thing it gave me wasn't knowledge. It was a room. A room full of people I would never have met in my bubble. People who challenge your thinking and force you to think in a different angle. No online course replicates that. None. I've looked. • Courses give you information. Degrees give you immersion • Information you can Google. Immersion you can't • The person debating you in a 10 PM study group changes how your brain works. A pre-recorded module doesn't Here's what bothers me about the "degree is dead" argument: It's always made by people who either already have the degree, already have the network, or are profiting from you believing it. Follow the incentive. The advice that makes someone else money isn't always the advice that builds your career. #pragaticreates #writer #contentwriter #copywriter #freelancewriter #freelancing #mba #linkedin

Pragati Gupta shared thisI don't write my LinkedIn posts from scratch anymore. Here's my actual process: When I have an idea during the day, walking, driving, on a call, or doing something else, I record a 60-second voice note on my phone or I note down some key points (something I did before the AI era too!) At the end of the week, I have 5-7 raw voice notes or a lot of raw points in my “Notes.” I dump the best 3 ideas into Claude and say: "Turn it into a LinkedIn post in my voice. Keep the energy of how I said it. Cut the fluff tho." Not this exact prompt, LOL! Then, I edit for 10 minutes. Add a hook. Done. Why this works better than writing from a blank screen: • When you talk, you don't write "in today's competitive landscape." You say, "look, here's the thing nobody gets about this." • When you talk, you don't structure perfect paragraphs. You tell stories. You get worked up. You repeat the important parts for emphasis. • That raw energy is what makes content feel human. Writing from scratch kills it. You start performing instead of communicating. The voice note captures you at your most natural. AI cleans it up. You add the polish. Your best content is probably stuck in your head right now because you're trying to "write" it instead of just saying it. Record it. Clean it up. Post it. #pragaticreates #writer #contentwriter #copywriter #freelancewriter #freelancing #linkedin

Pragati Gupta shared thisHere's something weird that happened as I got better at my job: The imposter syndrome got WORSE, not better. When I was starting out, it made sense. I was new. I didn't know much. That feeling was almost logical. But 6+ years in? After real results, real clients, real impact? Now the voice says different things: • "You got lucky with that project." • "That client would've succeeded without you." • "You're not as good as people think you are." • "Someone's going to figure out you're making this up as you go." And the cruelest one: "If you were actually good, this wouldn't still feel this hard." I used to think imposter syndrome goes away with experience. Trust me, it doesn’t. The only thing that changed is I stopped waiting for it to leave and just focus on my work. It shows up. I hear it. I do the work anyway. SIMPLE (Sounds easy, but it isn’t) I won’t call it confidence, rather practice. (Practice to live with it, LOL!) And honestly? Every person I admire in this industry has told me they feel the same way.✨ The real ones never stop worrying. ♥️ #pragaticreates #writer #writing #contentwriter #copywriter #freelancewriter #freelancing #linkedin

Pragati Gupta posted thisAI engines don't trust any single source. They cross-validate. When ChatGPT or Perplexity is deciding whether to cite your brand, it doesn't just read your website. It checks whether multiple independent sources confirm the same thing. Let’s understand this. Think of it as hiring. - Your resume says you're great (your website). - But the employer also checks LinkedIn recommendations (G2 reviews) - Calls your references (press mentions) - And, Google you (Reddit discussions, industry publications). If all sources tell a consistent story, YOU’RE TRUSTED, and you get CITED. If only your website talks about you, YOU’RE UNVERIFIED and you get skipped. This is why some brands with average on-site SEO are dominating AI citations, while beautifully optimized websites get nothing. Here’s my mini playbook: Layer 1: Owned (your website) Clear positioning, named frameworks, original data, definitive claims Layer 2: Earned (others talking about you) Industry newsletter features, podcast guest appearances, conference talks, press mentions. Each one = an independent source confirming your entity. Layer 3: Community (organic mentions) Genuine Reddit discussions, Quora answers, LinkedIn comments where real users mention your brand. These are the highest trust signals, because you didn't pay for them. Layer 4: Reviews (structured validation) Detailed G2, Capterra, Trustpilot reviews; not star ratings, narrative reviews with specific use cases, AI engines pull exact language from these reviews. The goal is to be consistent entity signals across all four layers. Your website says you're the best at X. Industry publications confirm it. Community discussions recommend you. Reviews validate the experience. When all four layers align, AI has everything it needs to confidently cite you. Most GEO strategies only touch Layer 1. That's why they fail. Build all four. AI trusts consensus, not claims. #pragaticreates #writer #contentwriter #copywriter #freelancewriter #geo #seo #ai #linkedin

Pragati Gupta shared thisBefore you spend $5,000 on a GEO tool, here’s 60-minute content audit you can run it yourself today: Minutes 1-15: The AI Perception Check 1. Run 10 customer-problem prompts across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini 2. For each: note if you're mentioned, how you're described, and who else appears 3. This shows your current AI visibility baseline Minutes 15-30: The Extractability Scan 1. Open your top 5 ranking pages 2. For each H2 section, read ONLY the first sentence 3. Ask: can AI drop this sentence into a response and it makes sense on its own? 4. If the first sentence is setup/context and the real insight is in paragraph 3, flag it. (That's why AI is skipping your content.) Minutes 30-45: The Originality Check 1. For each page, ask: what claim, stat, or framework on this page exists NOWHERE else on the internet? 2. If the answer is "nothing," you have a commodity content problem. AI has no reason to cite you over 50 other sources saying the same thing. 3. Mark which pages need original data, named frameworks, or unique case studies Minutes 45-60: The Entity Signal Check 1. Google your brand name + Reddit, + G2, + Quora 2. How many independent sources discuss you? What language do they use? 3. Does the external perception match what your website claims? After 60 minutes, you'll have a clear picture of: 1. Where AI currently sees you (and where it doesn't) 2. Why specific pages are getting skipped 3. What kind of content you need to create next 4. What the problem is exactly No expensive tools needed for this first pass. Just ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and a spreadsheet. Once you have results and want to automate, try GEO tools. #pragaticreates #writer #contentwriter #copywriter #freelancewriter #freelancing #geo #AI #linkedin

Pragati Gupta posted this"We need the content team in the office for better collaboration." What actually happens when writers go to office: → 45 minutes commuting → 20 minutes settling in → Forced small talk at the coffee machine → Someone taps your shoulder mid-sentence (the one in your head, not out loud) → "Quick sync" that lasts 40 minutes → Open floor plan. Someone's on a call two desks away. Another one's eating chips. → Lunch break that somehow kills momentum for 2 hours → "Hey, can I pick your brain for a sec?" → It's 4 PM. You haven't written a single usable sentence. → Stay late to do the actual work in the empty office that should've been your home. You didn't bring writers to the office for collaboration. You brought them to the office so it LOOKS like work is happening. Writing doesn't need proximity. It needs silence, focus, and the freedom to not be "available" for 8 straight hours. If your writers do their best work at midnight in pajamas, that's not a discipline problem. That's the craft working exactly as it should. #pragaticreates #writer #contentwriter #copywriter #freelancewriter #freelancing #linkedin

Want global growth that’s not just PR? Copy these three repeatable moves Indian startups used in 2025 and apply them to your business this week. Local fit first. Ship a paid pilot in 30 days. Automate & productize. Make ops your product. Win one institution. Use it as proof to go global. Save this checklist. Do one item this week and comment below, we’ll tell you which move to start with. Use this prompt in ChatGPT to help you out with your journey (customize accordingly): You are a no-fluff startup growth advisor. I am the founder of a [sector] company in India at [stage: idea / early revenue / scaling]. Our product is: [one-line description]. Team = [no. people]. Monthly burn = [₹X], runway = [months]. Our objective: go global by proving a repeatable model: 1) ship a paid pilot in 30 days, 2) build one automation to productize operations, and 3) sign one institutional customer within 90 days. Give me a 1-page **30-day paid pilot plan** (weekly tasks, partner outreach email, KPI(s) to measure, 1-paragraph value proposition for partner), a 1-page **automation → productization plan** (what to automate, tech stack suggestion, estimated cost, 3-step MVP), and a 1-page **institutional pitch kit** (one-page pitch, 3 email templates: intro/follow-up/close, KPI ROI table to include in pitches). Then give a combined **90-day roadmap** (milestones + trancheable KPIs) and a **one-week action checklist** (5 immediate tasks). Use bullet lists, simple language, and include suggested copy for one LinkedIn post and one short outreach subject line. Keep each section concise (max 1 page each). Replace placeholders with examples where useful. #GoGlobal #IndianStartups #FounderChecklist #ScaleUp #Claybrill #StartupIndia #MSME

Are we writing for search engines, or are we writing for real users? In our weekly knowledge-sharing session, Abhishek P delivered a highly valuable presentation on "5 Common Mistakes to Avoid in SEO Content Writing." He broke down exactly how poor formatting and forced keywords can ruin the reading experience and hurt search rankings. Key takeaways from his session: - Always write for the user first, and search engines second. - Understand user intent—don't push a sales pitch in an informational blog. - Stop writing long, unbroken paragraphs. Use proper H1/H2 headings and bullet points! - Avoid generic rewriting; prioritize fresh insights and originality. A massive shoutout to Abhishek for showing us how to keep our content quality top-notch! 👏 Swipe through the slides for the full breakdown. 👇 #SEO #ContentWriting #TeamPresentation #DigitalMarketing #SEOStrategy #ContentCreation

By 2026, SEO won’t be about writing better. It will be about whether AI trusts your content enough to reuse it. We noticed this pattern while analyzing how large Indian fintech platforms like Policybazaar.com structures and maintains their content. If you look closely, their strongest pages are not the most creative ones. They are the most consistent ones. Definitions never change. Numbers stay aligned across articles. Sources are clearly referenced and regularly updated. That consistency is not accidental. AI systems prefer content that repeats the same facts the same way across multiple pages. When numbers, terms, or explanations shift even slightly, trust drops. We saw the opposite with a fintech client who came to us frustrated. Rankings were stable. Writing was polished. But their content never appeared in AI summaries. When we audited the site, the issue was accuracy. The same financial statistic appeared in different formats across blogs. Definitions changed from article to article. Sources were missing or outdated. To an AI system, that signals uncertainty. So we paused content production and fixed the foundation. We standardized facts, aligned definitions across the site, and added authoritative citations wherever claims were made. Within a few months, their content started appearing inside AI-generated answers for high-trust finance queries without increasing output. That was the moment everything changed. At Creators Space, we help Fintech, Real Estate, and SaaS brands build accuracy-led content that AI systems can trust, reuse, and recommend. Pre-ChatGPT writers have an edge over post GPT writers. As someone writing for almost 6 years as a content writer, I’ve been seeing the shift. Pre-ChatGPT era writers have done: ✅ Manual research for days just to find right information ✅ They manually created outlines without any assistance ✅ They used their brain and creativity to max without support Even if you take AI away, they’ll still deliver their best piece. With AI? These writers are 10x stronger and sharper! #contentwriter #writers #ai

Most Indian SaaS founders are fighting for the same crowded channels. Cold email. LinkedIn ads. SEO blogs. All getting more expensive. All getting less effective. Here's what almost no one in Indian B2B is doing yet 👇 Podcasting as a GTM channel. Not for brand awareness. Not for vanity metrics. For pipeline. The playbook is simple: Launch a show built specifically for your ICP → Invite your top 50 target accounts as guests → Build real relationships over 45 minutes, no pitch required → Repurpose every conversation into 30+ pieces of content → Let warm trust do what cold outreach never could. In the US, this is already competitive. Gong, HubSpot, Drift, they built podcast audiences years ago. In India? The space is almost entirely unclaimed. The "go-to podcast for fintech founders in India" doesn't exist yet. Neither does the one for SaaS sales leaders. Or RevOps teams. First-mover advantage is still available. The question is who claims it first. We wrote the full breakdown on why this is the most underleveraged GTM channel in Indian B2B right now 👇 https://lnkd.in/gkU7UJqC #B2BMarketing #IndianSaaS #GTMStrategy #B2BPodcast #PodcastMarketing #SaaSGrowth #PipelineGeneration

"When you are creating content on any of the platforms, you are just renting the audience. What you need to do is own that relationship." The fundamental flaw in the creator economy? Renting vs. owning your audience. Atul Yadav delivered a crucial truth at our KOL Connect panel. Platform algorithms change, geopolitical bans happen, and your reach can vanish overnight. True creator sustainability comes from building a direct relationship—via email lists, Telegram, WhatsApp—where you control the connection. Your audience is your asset; don't leave it on a platform's lease. A masterclass in creator sovereignty. From 'From Creators to Changemakers: The 2026 Creator Economy' panel at KOL Connect Abu Dhabi during Global Blockchain Show Week. #GBS2025 #GlobalBlockchainShow

The Costliest Mistake is Delayed Follow-Ups We often run an ad campaign and everything works the content works, the designing works, the formatting works, and we even get a few leads. But then… there is sudden silence. This is because of your potential follow-up gap. If you are losing clients after their first message, chances are you are losing them not because of the pricing, but because of delayed follow-ups. It acts as a signal where the client believes that you are not even serious or attentive. Here is how you can build a proper follow-up system: ✅ Use CRM tools Send automated messaging or reminders with tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or even Notion so that you never miss a touchpoint. ✅ Automated WhatsApp replies If you get too many DMs, generate an automated WhatsApp reply where each message is acknowledged and the conversation is done right away. ✅ Virtual Assistant Support Delegate regular follow-ups and check-ins through a virtual assistant so that a lead is never forgotten. ✅ Pipeline Dashboard Keep a visual track of every lead’s update whether it's new, the follow-up is due, in conversation, or closed. At Ace Consultancys, we help businesses and brands build an automatic follow-up system where they convert leads into conversations and conversations into sales. So, let’s stop ghosting good leads and build a follow-up system that brings them back to you. - follow-up system, lead nurturing, client conversion, CRM automation, virtual assistant, Ace Consultancys - #FollowUpMatters #CRMTools #VirtualSupport #BusinessAutomation #ClientRetention #AceConsultancys #SmallBusinessTips #LeadConversion #OperationalGrowth

Day 1 – Content Is Not Writing. It Is Strategy. Many businesses think content means words. It does not. Content meant: • Positioning • Messaging • Search visibility • Conversion • Trust building Anyone can write paragraphs. Few people understand buyer psychology. Good writing information. Strategic writing converts. If your content is not bringing traffic or leads, the problem is not quantity — it is direction. #ContentStrategy #SEOContent #FreelanceWriter #BusinessGrowth

Search has quietly changed. People are no longer just Googling and clicking links. They’re asking AI tools questions like: “Which company should I choose?” “Who is reliable in this space?” And AI answers directly. That’s why we published a new guide on AI SEO in India. Not as a trend piece, but as a practical explanation of how visibility works when decisions are influenced by ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and other AI systems. Traditional SEO still matters. But in 2026, it’s no longer the full picture. If your brand isn’t understood or mentioned by AI, it’s invisible at the moment of choice. 📘 Read the full guide here: https://lnkd.in/gUjgnwPM #AISEO #AISearch #GenerativeSearch #LLMSEO #DigitalMarketing

Client approvals don’t fail because teams are sloppy. They fail because the approval process is imaginary. If content needs sign-off but no one owns review timelines, decision rights, or final authority, you don’t have approvals — you have wishful thinking. “Just ship it” followed by public outrage isn’t leadership. It’s operational negligence. Approval chaos is a systems problem. Fix the structure, or keep reliving the same argument every launch.

🚨 Most content doesn’t fail because of writing. It fails because of poor direction. If your writers: • Miss search intent • Need endless revisions • Publish content that never ranks The problem usually isn’t talent. It’s the SEO content brief.
