Patrick Thompson shared thisReally excited about Clarify's progress this past month: Clarify stopped being a place you go and started being something that comes to you. You can text it with questions, and send it voice memos or photos on the go from your phone to update it. You can also CC it on an email to help you schedule a meeting. We’ve been running on it internally for weeks and I don’t open the app for half the things I used to. Everything else we shipped this month: → HubSpot two-way sync. Contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects stay current in both. Early access. → Workspace agents. Agents run as the workspace, not as a person, with approval routing and their own email, Slack, and MCP tools. → Live meeting transcription. The transcript streams during the call and you can ask Rep questions mid-meeting. → Rep builds decks and docs from live CRM data, start to finish. → Delegated sending. Teammates can send emails and campaigns from your account. → Multi-mailbox. Connect every inbox you use to one login. Two other notes: we’re hosting Horizons, our first AI + GTM conference, December 9 in Seattle. And Ondrej and I are doing a live demo of Clarify on November 19. Patrick Thompson shared thisAt some point, almost every startup asks itself whether it’s time to start selling to "enterprise" customers. We’ve started to find some footing here at Clarify, but I still wonder if we’re fully ready for the motion. Bigger customers and bigger contracts are appealing, but there’s a lot more that comes with them. One thing I think founders should be especially thoughtful about is the math. A $25K contract that takes six months to close is a very different business from a $500K contract with the same sales cycle. And depending on how much runway you have, a long sales cycle can leave you with very little time to prove the business is working. That’s just one consideration. Going enterprise also changes what you need to build, how customers adopt your product, and how you spend your time as a founder. None of that means you shouldn’t do it. But the bigger contracts need to justify everything that comes with them. Today we're launching Clarify in email and iMessage in early access 🚀 Need help scheduling a call over email? Just CC rep@clarify.ai (this replaced Howie AI and Carly AI for me). Walking into a customer call and need to catch up? Text Clarify: “What happened on our last call with Acme?” Have an update to share while you're out? Send a voice memo, photo, or attachment in iMessage and tell Clarify what to update. No need to open the CRM. Just loop it in where you're already working. Want access? Patrick Thompson posted thisSalesforce is putting its CRM inside Claude. Now customers are bracing for new fees to use it. Salesforce charges for "headless" access, meaning API consumption, and Anthropic bills separately for the inference. So that's two invoices and two meters, just to let your own team talk to your own data. The line from Salesforce is that the value was never the UI, it's the data. I agree. But if the data is the value, charging a toll every time an agent touches it is a strange way to treat your customers. Here's what I think happens next: 1. Seats stop being the unit that matters. Agents will do far more of the work than humans do. 2. CRM data becomes something you either own and control, or rent by the API call. 3. The next generation of CRMs is built for agents from day one, where headless access is the default and nobody meters it. That's how we built Clarify. Agents can read, update, and act on your pipeline natively. You can use our agents or bring your own. There's no per-call surcharge for using your own CRM. We don't charge for seats, and we're the only CRM on the market that does this. If your Claude bill and your CRM bill are starting to look like one workflow with two invoices, I'd like to hear how you're thinking about it.

Patrick Thompson shared thisThere’s a new class of “always-on” AI agents emerging, and founders should be paying very close attention. The first wave of agents mostly waited for you to show up. Open ChatGPT or Claude, give it some context, ask it to do something, move on. Always-on agents are different. Products like Town, Instinct, and Dots are designed to stick around. They remember what you’re working on, observe what happens over time, and come back when there’s something worth your attention. For the last few years, most progress in AI has been about capability: what can an agent do? Now we’re starting to see progress in continuity: what happens when the agent is still there after you leave? I’ve been using these agents more lately, and they’ve started to change how I think about building software. Software has traditionally waited for you to come back. Always-on agents don’t have to. That means we may be moving from software you operate to software that follows along, understands what you’re trying to accomplish, and brings you back in when you’re needed. Rewatching these early tester reactions takes me back to when Agents was just a bet we weren't sure would land. Now our customers lean on them every day to keep their CRM up to date without the busywork. That's the whole point of a full-stack CRM: the system does the work, so your team can spend its time selling. Huge thanks to the early testers who took a chance on us and gave us honest feedback. Patrick Thompson liked thisPatrick Thompson liked thisHypAware is on Product Hunt today. The more autonomous coding agents become, the less we know what they are doing. Ours review pull requests and ship features overnight, and by the time anyone looks, the work has landed and the session behind it is thousands of lines of text nobody is going to read. At a previous company I was the AI engineer and when the AI broke, the first thing I did was dig through the logs. The answer was almost always in there: a prompt that was wrong, a skill that didn't load, some bad context that threw the model off. That job has gotten much harder because there is so much more text now, and the only way I see to keep up is to have AI read its own sessions and tell you where it got stuck, where it went down a rabbit hole, and where it ignored instructions. Before it was a product, we built a collector for ourselves, because Anthropic and OpenAI don't help you collect these sessions and most teams are throwing them away. HypAware hooks into Claude Code and Codex and collects every session, and a model reads them and reports what went wrong, with the evidence and a fix. Later passes check whether the fixes held. When it caught our agents failing on a missing python3, the fix was one line in the guide every worker loads, and a later pass still found 303 failures in four days from workers that never got that line.
