Congrats to Bala, Andrew and the team!Muffi Ghadiali liked thisWe’re launching our CLB-5100 Power System at a Sares Regis Group commercial campus in Southern California. SRG has also named Critical Loop its industrial power solutions partner across the region for the next two years. An advanced manufacturing tenant needs to begin operating in early 2027, ahead of the campus’s grid upgrade. Our hybrid power system will bridge that gap until the grid is ready to take over, combining available grid power and battery storage, with on-site generation as an emergency-only backstop. Our system adds 12 MW to the campus’s firm and flexible day-one grid capacity so the tenant has the 25 MW it needs. It runs on Cygnus, our CSIP 2030.5-certified, UL 3141-listed control platform, which manages the site’s firm and flexible import limits, makes the most of available grid capacity and draws on battery power during windows of grid shortfall. It’s also the first public application of our Power-Ready Industrial Portfolio model. Instead of solving power one tenant at a time, developers can solve it across the portfolio before a lease is ever signed. Thank you to the SRG team for moving at this speed with us. Every robot in our fleet runs in an actual plant, generating data on tasks, operating conditions, performance, and corrective actions. That data now feeds the next generation of robotic systems. We���re already working with Physical Intelligence to adapt their foundation models for manufacturing, combining their models with our production data and field expertise. The platform keeps getting faster, too. We now deploy robots into production about 3x faster than we did a year ago. As Ryan Sanders of Mercato Partners put it, as robots get smarter, the bottleneck moves from the lab to the loading dock. That’s the part we’ve spent five years building.
