Per the official release notes, the feature currently supports arithmetic operations within the WHERE clause only — not SELECT projections, and not non-arithmetic functions like IF(). ⚠️ Heads up: SOQL FORMULA is currently a pilot feature. A fixture on the SJU sidelines over three decades, DiJulia was on the Hawks' women's basketball bench for many of the program's biggest moments. Invited by then-head coach Jim Foster to sit on the Saint Joseph's bench, DiJulia was a part of three Atlantic 10 championships, more than a dozen Big 5 titles and over 20 postseason appearances. Born with cerebral palsy, DiJulia was recognized for his infectious spirit in 2001-02 with the creation of the Chris DiJulia Inspirational Award by the women's basketball program. Air Academy Credit Union came to us with Salesforce already purchased and barely touched, "half a shell of a CRM." No adoption, no change management, no path forward. Our team fixed both. Rebuilt Financial Services Cloud right, then built the change management to get 95 staff across 8 branches actually using it daily. Result: 80% frontline adoption. Not because the tech improved. Air Academy Credit Union came to Cloud for Good after a prior implementation left them with what their Chief Strategy Officer, Richard Vaughn called "half a shell of a CRM." No adoption. No change management. No path forward. Here's what changed ⤵️ Cloud for Good rebuilt their Financial Services Cloud from the ground up, migrating 43,000+ member records, enabling ~95 operations staff across all 8 branches, and delivering a structured Train-the-Trainer program so AACU's team could carry adoption forward on their own. The results after go-live: ↳ 80% frontline CRM adoption ↳ 75% of internal tasks consolidated in Salesforce ↳ 70% sales tracking adoption among frontline staff ↳ 4.8 out of 5 engagement satisfaction score Today, when a member walks into any AACU branch, the representative across the counter can see their full relationship and recent outreach in one place.
