      Under my leadership, I took over a disjointed area that went through major $2.2B acquisition while also undertaking an SAP system migration. Despite all the change management, the market has exceeded expectations and I successfully led my teams to deliver close to $600M+ in contracted New Business revenue. (Additional results below.) It was a middle-of-the-pack-ranked region that I took to the top within a year and kept it there during my tenure.
