This post is for my HR community and friends, and it is near and dear to my heart.
What does it mean to truly invest in yourself? For those of us in HR, this question can feel uncomfortable. We're so practiced at creating the conditions for others to grow that turning that same intentionality toward ourselves can feel foreign.
As HR Partners and Leaders, the quality of our coaching has the potential to shape the quality of leadership in our organizations. When we sharpen our coaching skills - the questions we ask, the frameworks we use, how we help leaders think through their hardest decisions - the impact ripples through the entire business.
For the past 3+ years,
Sarah Kaehn, PCC and I have been running
HR Coaching Labs - small cohorts where six HR leaders meet monthly to deepen their coaching capabilities together. We explore proven frameworks, bring real challenges to peers who understand the complexity, and walk away with tools that make our coaching more strategic and more effective.
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, which makes me thrilled to share that we're now expanding our cohort offerings!
Each 10-month program includes:
💡 Monthly 90-min sessions with proven coaching frameworks
💡 Two 1:1 coaching sessions for your individual growth
💡 A confidential space to share, solve, and stretch
💡 A trusted peer network that lasts long after the program ends
If this resonates - or you know someone who needs this - I'd welcome a conversation. Applications are now open:
