The honesty. The ambition. The feeling that we are building something much bigger together. This week, we brought some of our most important partners across APAC together for our Partner Advisory Council in Bali, and one message came through loud and clear: The opportunity in front of us is enormous — but opportunity means nothing without execution. We talked about #growth. We challenged each other. We shared what is working, what isn’t, and where we need to move faster. But more importantly, we strengthened the relationships that make all of that possible. Because the best partnerships are not built in QBRs, contracts or spreadsheets. They are built on #trust. On candour. On shared #ambition. On knowing that when it is time to execute, we show up for each other. I left Bali more convinced than ever that the next chapter of our growth in APAC will be built with our #partners, not around them. To everyone who made the journey, contributed openly, challenged our thinking and shared our ambition — thank you. I am more grateful than just words can express. Thank you to Joe Lohmeier and Michael Moore for making the trip out from the US, and for your cracking presentations that are still being spoken about. Channel Equilibrium is in the final stages of editing and will move into design and production shortly. We're on track for a December release. Early reviewer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. I can't say enough about how good it's been working with my publisher, Life Sized Publishing, and the people supporting me on this journey. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has." — Margaret Mead Five years ago, my son Connor Kinworthy and his friend Tripp Smith had a simple idea: honor the 343 firefighters lost on 9/11 by climbing 110 flights of stairs. This weekend, my daughter and her friend carried on the tradition in the 5th annual climb, and what a difference Five years can make. More than 150 people gathered to climb, remember, and support the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. As the National Anthem played, I looked around and realized that what began as a small act of remembrance had become a powerful community tradition. As a father, seeing hundreds of people prepare to follow your 17 yr old daughter was an emotional moment I'll never forget. This year's 9/11 Stair Climb set new records: • 150+ climbers registered • $25,000 raised for the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation • Coverage from Fox 5, WJLA, and local newspapers • Support from local elected officials, law enforcement, and firefighters throughout Loudoun County To everyone who climbed, sponsored, volunteered, and showed up to remember: thank you. Together, we proved that a small group of committed people really can make a difference.
