Tracking and analyzing real-time voice chat can uncover those attempting to game the system to access young children. Elliott Levine shared thisThis was an interesting read and a not surprising reaction to #1to1 #laptop programs. Having worked with #schools globally, I've come to learn one truth. The easiest action for a school to do is issue a purchase order for devices. The hardest, but yet the most certain work to generate meaningful results, is work with faculty and stakeholders to define learning goals, establish how technology will be used and design/implement a plan for training teachers. When ProjectRED came out with its 1,500 steps to adopting a 1-1 program, picking the student device was # 568, yet in many schools it was one of the first 10 decisions made. Elliott Levine shared thisWhat better way to start a 24-hour journey than to have to call American Express to report a nearly $2,000 charge on my personal card. At least I can rest easily tonight knowing they're on top of it. Apparently I try to purchase $275 tickets for a show on Ticketmaster and security blocks the order. But some random ticket site charges $1970 and they approve it without hesitation.

article compares and contrasts strategies used by proponents and opponents in one school
system. The purpose is to exhibit that the quality of messages can have a definite influence on
election…School administrators are increasingly facing concerted opposition to budget and bond
referenda. Often opponents deploy negative campaigning to advance their intentions; that is, they
