Dylan Bloyed shared thisWhat does it take to build successful businesses while staying grounded in what matters most? I recently sat down with Bubba Page, serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and founder of Influence.vc, to discuss his entrepreneurial journey, from building and selling companies to investing in founders and creating opportunities through relationships. We also talked about faith, raising eight children, learning from failure, and how he thinks about success beyond business. A few highlights from our conversation: 🚀 Lessons from building businesses and navigating failure 💡 What he looks for in the founders he backs 🤝 The role relationships play in creating opportunities 🙏 Why faith and family remain central to his life If you're interested in entrepreneurship, angel investing, and the role faith, family, and relationships play in building a successful life, this is a conversation worth checking out. 🎧 Full episode below. 👇 #Entrepreneurship #AngelInvesting #Leadership #Faith #BusinessLeadersFrom Startup Founder to Angel Investor: Business, Relationships, Faith & FamilyFrom Startup Founder to Angel Investor: Business, Relationships, Faith & FamilyDylan Bloyed

Dylan Bloyed reposted thisDylan Bloyed reposted thisHere's a fun one for Friday. Companies are writing AI into memos and performance reviews, and the research says most knowledge workers already use it every week. Yet more than half of us wont admit it, and the internet is stuffed with guides on how to catch someone using it. We've been here before. Athletes, movie stars, singers, presidents and plenty of guys at the barbecue have all quietly leaned on performance enhancers they' d never mention out loud. In this edition of Toms Friday Fun, I round up five of them, from Arnolds legal-at-the-time steroids to Nicole Kidman's favorite part of divorcing Tom Cruise. The punch line is simple. AI doesn't make you good or bad. It simply multiplies whatever you already are, good or bad. So what's the performance enhancer you'd never admit to using? Mine is Gnarly™ Pre-workout supplement (their Mango flavor is delicious!). I promise I wont tell anyone yours. #AI #Marketing #ContentMarketing #FridayFun #AIAcceleratedMarketingTom's Friday Fun: AI and the Secret Society of Performance EnhancersTom's Friday Fun: AI and the Secret Society of Performance EnhancersTom Doherty

Dylan Bloyed shared thisReally enjoyed this conversation with Bubba Page. He’s had an incredible entrepreneurial journey, but what stood out most to me was how naturally he connects faith, family, business, and investing. Grateful to have had him on Business Leaders of America Podcast. Excited to release this one soon.Dylan Bloyed shared thisJust finished recording a podcast with Dylan Bloyed with Business Leaders of America - and it was refreshing to be able to talk both about my entrepreneurial journey, as well as my belief in God & Jesus Christ - together - interwoven - because that is how I live my life, its intertwined, faith, family, business, investing. We talked about challenges, trials, faith promoting experiences, and lessons learned from the school of hard knocks as an entreprenuer and dad to 8 kids Life is wild, its all about finding joy in the journey and keeping perspective on what matters most while still building abundance.

Dylan Bloyed shared thisWhat if the hardest experiences in your life eventually became the foundation for how you lead? I was joined by Jordan Dunin, Founder and CEO of HatchPath, author of The Regulated Leader, and an executive board member of the American Heart Association. At 20 years old, a diving accident changed the direction of Jordan’s life and led to years of significant health challenges, pain, and recovery. What he learned through that experience eventually became the foundation for HatchPath, a human-centered coaching platform built around helping people find the right support instead of trying to navigate everything alone. In our conversation, we talked about: 🧠 What Jordan learned from years of trying to understand and overcome his own health challenges 🤝 Why having the right people around you can completely change your ability to recover and grow 🎯 Why purpose is such an important part of resilience and high performance 👥 How a leader’s internal state can affect an entire organization Jordan’s story is a great reminder that leadership isn’t just about what you do when everything is going well. It’s about how you regulate yourself, how you respond when things get difficult, and how you show up for the people around you. 🎧 Full episode below. 👇 #Leadership #Entrepreneurship #Wellness #MentalHealth #ResilienceFrom Broken to Regulated: Jordan Dunin on Recovery, Purpose, and LeadershipFrom Broken to Regulated: Jordan Dunin on Recovery, Purpose, and LeadershipDylan Bloyed

Our 2025-2026 Impact Report is here, and it’s about so much more than numbers. Some highlights from the past year: - $80M+ invested in historically disadvantaged communities since 1991, with our reach now extending to the UK, Mexico, and the UAE - $8.2M in community grants, made with the NFL Foundation and the Bay Area Host Committee Foundation as Super Bowl LX came to the Bay Area - $3.7M investment to revitalize Townsend Field at Buchser Middle School in Santa Clara, the largest single contribution in 49ers Foundation history Behind every metric is a story of determination and growth, which is made possible by our staff, players, coaches, alumni, Board of Directors, corporate partners, and the Faithful. Dylan Bloyed reacted on thisDylan Bloyed reacted on thisHot leads need a deliberate follow-up system. The 1-2-3-4-5-X Hot Lead Tracker is built around a simple principle: stay on the hot lead until the close. Number one is the first 24 hours. Dylan Bloyed liked thisDylan Bloyed liked thisWhy is nobody talking about this company??? They just raised $2.1 BILLION to bring manufacturing back to America. Jeff Wilke spent over 20 years at Amazon. He was the architect of the fulfillment network, the robotics, and the logistics infrastructure that made two-day shipping standard across the world. Before he left in 2021, he was running Amazon's entire worldwide consumer business. Right after leaving Amazon, Wilke teamed up with Miles Arnone and William Barker to tackle the single biggest bottleneck in American hardware. If you have ever backed a physical deep-tech company in the U.S., you know how it goes. But if you haven't... A founder builds an incredible prototype in their garage or lab. Seed investors write the check. Customers love the demo. Then they take the design to domestic machine shops to produce the first 10,000 units. The quote comes back three times higher than their model, the company burns a year of runway redesigning parts, and they run out of cash before shipping. In Shenzhen, the entire supply chain sits within a 45-minute drive. You can modify CAD files on Monday and hold a production-grade sample by Friday. China did not just win on cheap labor. They won on speed and co-located engineering. That is why Wilke and his team built Re:Build. Instead of waiting for a design to fall apart once it reaches the factory floor, their engineers embed with founders during early CAD design. They redesign the architecture around what they call Manufacturing Constrained Design, meaning every part is engineered for high-volume tooling before the first prototype is ever cut. Five years later, the footprint is massive: - 2,100+ U.S. employees - 2.4 million square feet of factory capacity across the country - Incubated and spun out Slate Auto, an ultra-low-cost $25,000 electric truck that has already raised $1.4B+ with backing from Jeff Bezos' family office - Over $4B in total capital mobilized across their ecosystem Now they just secured $2.1B led by General Catalyst and JPMorgan. The check that caught my attention was JPMorgan's Strategic Investment Group, led by Todd Combs. Combs spent 15 years as one of the two investment managers Warren Buffett trusted to allocate capital at Berkshire Hathaway. Re:Build is not structured like a traditional venture bet built to flip in five years. It is designed as a permanent holding company to own and compound critical industrial infrastructure for decades. Buffett's former right hand putting billions into the reindustrialization of America. Re:Build is quietly building the Berkshire Hathaway of American manufacturing. Full breakdown in this week's Cap Table Newsletter.

Dylan Bloyed liked thisDylan Bloyed liked this🚬 I just read Cailin O’Connor say it’s now official: tech is the new tobacco. The part that should worry Meta most is the paperwork. Documents unsealed this week in the federal social media addiction litigation show Meta staff in 2023 discussing a “whisper strategy” to turn academics against Jonathan Haidt, per the New York Post. O’Connor, a UC Irvine philosopher of science, walks through more, citing Law360: lawyers blocking internal youth mental health studies, and a plan to work with the National Academies of Sciences so Meta could “greatly shape the nature of the questions they will explore.” Big Tobacco lost on its own memos. The science on smoking was settled for decades before the industry paid, and what finally moved juries and attorneys general were internal documents showing executives knew and planned around it. This reminds me of when “sitting is the new smoking” went mainstream and built a booming industry in standing desks and treadmill desks, which I spent years selling as CEO of iMovR. For years before that, chair companies pushed ergonomic chairs on HR departments as the fix. Low back pain kept climbing, and it’s now the single biggest category of US healthcare spending, per a 2020 JAMA study. Eventually people caught on: the chair was the problem. Meta’s playbook is the ergonomic chair. Shape the research, tweak the features, keep everyone sitting in the product. For founders building anything engagement-driven: 👉 Every Slack thread and research deck is future evidence. Copying counsel won’t save it. 👉 If your team studies harm, act on what it finds. Burying the study is what creates the liability. And for everyone else: get off Instagram. Get your kids off it first.

Mission Matters Podcast with Adam Torres

The future of innovation belongs to organizations that collaborate across industries—not just within them. During SEICon III, I spoke with Shawn Garrity, Founder of Circle & SEICon, about why bringing together leaders from sports, entertainment, technology, hospitality, wellness, and marketing creates stronger ecosystems and more meaningful business opportunities. In this conversation, Shawn shares: • Why cross-industry collaboration drives innovation • How diverse expertise creates better outcomes • The importance of building ecosystems that encourage long-term partnerships • Why the future of business is increasingly omnichannel Shawn's mission is to create platforms where innovators, entrepreneurs, investors, and executives can connect, collaborate, and build the relationships that shape the future. Big thanks to Shawn Garrity, Founder of Circle and SEICon, and Brad Turner, Founder & CEO at Marketing Completion Fund & Investor Conference News, for inviting Las Vegas Live to SEICon! #MissionMatters #Leadership #Innovation #SEICon #BusinessStrategy #Entrepreneurship #Networking #Collaboration

Three topics to start building your visibility: → Lived expertise Founders have perspective that comes from building, leading, hiring, selling, adapting, and making decisions in real time. That experience can become the foundation for thought leadership, interviews, bylines, and speaking topics. → A useful point of view Visibility does not have to be centered on personal promotion. It can be centered on ideas your audience can learn from: what you’re seeing in the market, what your clients are navigating, what your industry is changing, and what you believe leaders should pay attention to. → A clear first step There are many ways to become more visible, but the best place to start depends on the audience and the goal. For some founders, that may be LinkedIn. For others, it may be a podcast, trade publication, award submission, or speaking opportunity. When founders know what they want to be known for, who they need to reach, and which channels make sense for that audience, visibility becomes more focused, practical, and sustainable.

Authenticity and reputation are powerful brand assets. Instead of manipulating perceptions, what if your team's genuine competence and your company's integrity naturally earned trust and loyalty? This approach fosters a culture where people are proud to represent the brand, making marketing efforts more effective because they are built on a foundation of truth and reliability. Being easy to do business with and consistently delivering on promises are not just good practices; they are essential for long-term brand success and customer engagement. #AVCCI #AMERICANCHAMBER #BrandAuthenticity #Leadership #BusinessStrategy #ReputationManagement #CustomerLoyalty Mel Blackwell

In episode 69, Jan and co-host Valli Lopez feature Nancy Pritchett, Founder and CEO of TripleLite. The company’s success started with a simple real-world problem. After her husband nearly fell on outdoor stairs while sweeping a flashlight back and forth, he created a better solution: a 180-degree flashlight designed to match your field of vision. 🔦 Nancy shares the bigger lesson too. Networking isn't about collecting business cards; it's about defining your intent. In a recent episode of the I AM CEO Podcast, Magnolia Sevenler of Pendulum highlights that the right way to network starts with knowing exactly why you are connecting. Instead of casting a wide net, try these focused steps to build deeper relationships: * Clarify your goal: Are you seeking a co-founder, an investor, or a colleague? * Filter your efforts: Tailor your outreach based on your specific objectives. * Invest the time: True character is revealed over time, not in a single interaction. Relationships drive business, but only when they are built on intention rather than volume. What is one strategy you use to determine if a new connection is a right fit for your goals? #NetworkingTips #BusinessGrowth #AuthenticRelationships #Entrepreneurship #ProfessionalDevelopment #PodcastInsights

'Cash flow is simply where the financial results of those decisions become visible,' Livingston said. The flagship offering, the Cash Flow Mastery System, integrates six management frameworks covering visibility, forecasting, execution, and culture. The fractional executive market hit $9.4 billion in 2025. By 2027, 30% of midsize companies will have a fractional executive on retainer. The demand is there. The roles are there. CFO, CMO, COO positions going fractional at a scale that did not exist five years ago. But most executives cannot access it. Not because of a lack of experience. Because knowledge of their value does not travel. It is clearly understood inside their current organization. The moment they step outside those walls, no one can speak to what they bring. The opportunity passes to someone who made sure they could. The executives winning in this market built two things before they needed them. → Relationship Capital that crosses industries and compounds over time. → A Network of Networks where people are speaking for them when they are not in the room. The Executive Unlock Mastermind is built around exactly this. 8 senior executives. 18 weeks of structured relationship activation and peer accountability. We'd love to have you consider joining the next cohort. Request your invite: https://lnkd.in/d4H8WsGx
