You genuinely feel like you're sitting field-level (minus the drunk spilling 🍺 down your back) ...Even if my boys played ala the Wayne Fontes (IYKYK) Lions teams, I did capture one of the rare highlight moments right from the endzone!). 🏈😅 A massive thank you to Dan Gilbert Nic Barlage and the team at Bedrock Detroit . Bringing a game-changing venue like COSM to the heart of our city is another huge leap forward for Detroit's relentless momentum. Casey Hurbis shared thisAsking for a friend… Let’s say there is someone who travels 150+ days a year. For over a decade, this guy was a machine—security lines, gate changes, red-eyes, zero mistakes. Then came the last 8 weeks….in one absurd stretch, this absolute dork managed to hit the ultimate forgetfulness trifecta: ✅ Left an iPad sleeping in a seatback pocket. 🚶♀️Walked off and left a laptop sitting at the gate seat. 🤦 Marched out of baggage claim holding a total stranger’s suitcase. How does a supposed veteran flyer suddenly start dropping tech like breadcrumbs across three time zones? Is it multi-screen brain rot, or has the hard drive up top officially run out of storage? What are your travel hacks to ensure you don’t leave tech or baggage behind?

Casey Hurbis liked thisCasey Hurbis liked thisAs I get older I'm starting to get asked a lot, “How do you do it all?” Story time: When I was 14, I was working for my dad’s fencing company in rural Nevada. I strung barbed wire and drove T-posts into unforgiving desert ground. In high school, I worked at the local hospital. I stocked grocery shelves in my freshman year of college, then joined the Air Force. Sitting still never felt right to me. Here’s what that fence line taught me. People can easily see the big things in your life: a career, a degree, a business, a family. It’s like seeing a 20-mile fence from the highway. You only see the finished line zooming by. What you don’t see are the posts. Each one got set by hand, one at a time, on days when the ground was hard, and nobody was watching. Some hit rock, went in crooked, and had to be pulled and reset. Some found the perfect spot and went in easily. Some I had to hold and drive for myself. My bachelor’s degree took 14 years to pay for and finish while working full time. My first house took almost a decade of saving and planning. From the road, those look like finished fences. Up close, there are thousands of posts. The hardest part was never a single post (though it feels that way in the moment). It was picking up the driver again after the last one fought me the whole way down. Tired, beaten up, but still needing to move. So, here’s my answer. I don’t do it all. I set one post at a time. And these days I don’t set posts alone anymore…I’m lucky to have a group of family and friends to help hold and support the next post as I move down the line.

In one of the toughest mortgage markets in a generation, Rocket gained share in purchase and refinance, expanded adjusted EBITDA margin to 29%, and earned $0.15 in adjusted EPS. The last time rates were this high, in late 2023, we were unprofitable. Today, we’re a very different company. Three years ago, we decided to rebuild Rocket at every level. Our team went to work, and the results are showing up. We built an ecosystem that connects home search through servicing. A technology platform built for speed, scale, and efficiency. And distribution that reaches homebuyers and homeowners everywhere. Today, more than 70% of our revenue comes from recurring or less rate-sensitive sources. And Rocket never sleeps. Our AI voice agents handle 65% of inbound servicing calls. On nearly 20% of our direct-to-consumer volume, AI completes the credit pull before a client ever speaks to a loan officer. Put it all together, and Rocket is in a category of one. Number one in purchase, refinance, home equity, and servicing. Behind every one of these numbers are thousands of team members who have spent three years making Rocket stronger while showing up for our clients every day. I’m proud of them, and I’m proud of this company. Back to work.
