I didn't have an answer I liked - so I decided to build a solution for it. The community tools built by developers and the XrmToolBox foundation created and maintained by Tanguy TOUZARD are essential for the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem to thrive. We couldn't get s*** done without these. And yet it's not that easy for new members of the community to find out about the tools. Heck, many experienced professionals aren't often aware of the fact that "there's a Tool for that". I'm not a programmer. I couldn't create new plugins for XrmToolBox myself. But what I can do, thanks to tools like Lovable and Claude Code, is to create a modern React site to present those plugins. The XrmToolBox Plugin Catalog site is now live: https://xrm.jukkan.com/ The crazy thing about this is that there's zero new data here. Just code + a single JSON file. It is based on the plugin details OData feed that the official XrmToolBox website offers. Being a Power Pages site (or a legacy Power Apps Portals site, to be more precise). All I did was schedule a daily export of that data. Then, I asked my AI coding buddies to do something about it. Make it modern and usable. And I have to say, I quite like the end result of this exercise. Not that it's technically anything special. All of this has been vibe coded by me prompting an LLM. Yeah, if you though I was an AI hater - I'm not. I simply hate BS claims made about AI products that aren't fit for what the advertisement says. I wouldn't ever attempt to create a portal with sensitive business data this way. But for publicly available data, on a static website hosted on GitHub Pages? Sure! Let's see what comes out of it. This isn't aimed as a replacement for the official XrmToolBox site. That place hosts all the data, identities and other crucial parts. It's just an alternative layer on top of it. To be honest, I'm not sure how well it even works in practice. This morning, there were still some redirect loops crashing the whole thing. So, let me know if you run into some glitches and let's work them out!

I'm excited to share that Tiffany Duppong and I are launching two study groups within the Upskilling in the Power Platform, Azure, and AI User Group: - **AI-900: Azure AI Fundamentals** will meet on Fridays at 11:00 AM CT, starting November 14th. - **PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals** will meet on Wednesdays at 11:00 AM CT, beginning December 3rd. Participants will take turns learning and explaining small parts of the exam to the group. If you're not ready to share just yet, that's perfectly fine too. All levels are welcome, sessions are intentionally beginner friendly 🙂

This week, PS Hummingbird launches our inaugural Charm School. Charm School is a consultant development program designed to accelerate growth through hands-on learning, mentorship, real-world project experiences, and deep connections with both peers and leaders. It's about creating an environment where talented people can learn faster, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to thrive in consulting. The name has a special meaning. A group of hummingbirds is called a charm, and that perfectly reflects what we're trying to create: a group of individuals who learn, grow, and achieve more together than they could alone. For me personally, this initiative is especially meaningful. One of the things I'm most passionate about is developing people and helping others discover potential they may not even see in themselves yet. Throughout my career, some of my most rewarding moments haven't been tied to projects or deliverables. They've been watching someone gain confidence, learn a new skill, step into leadership, or realize they're capable of more than they thought possible. The consulting industry often talks about the talent gap. Charm School is our way of investing in the future instead of waiting for it. We're intentionally building a pipeline of consultants by providing the training, mentorship, and support needed to help great people become exceptional consultants. The impact goes beyond our organization. By developing talent earlier, more intentionally, and with greater support, we're helping strengthen the next generation of consultants who will serve clients, lead teams, and shape the future of our industry. Watching this program come to life has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career, and this week we welcome our very first class. Britta Rekstad reacted on thisBritta Rekstad reacted on this🛫 Like many of my fellow #MVPs today, I'm getting ready to fly home after a remarkable week spent at Microsoft's Redmond campus at the #MVPSummit. This was my first in-person Summit and I wish I could have cloned myself many times over, there were so many sessions and activities I wanted to attend. Being an AI and Business Solutions MVP meant that I was able to attend 'pre-' and 'post-' days before and after the main Summit, dedicated to all things related to Business Applications. Having these focused sessions were wonderful, and I'd like to thank the Microsoft BizApps teams and product groups for organising these for us. This allowed me to focus my days in-between working closely with the Contact Center Product Group teams and the CS MPVs Kristine Risberg, Peter Ruiter, Tricia Sinclair, Dian Taylor, Idevar Junior, Goloknath Mishra, Jeevarajan Kumar and Gustaf Westerlund. Being included in this group and being able to add my perspectives to theirs in the wide-ranging discussions was invaluable and greatly accelerated my knowledge and understanding in this specialist area. Huge thanks to Marcus Schmidt for arranging these focused sessions for us, and to Kristine and Peter for bringing me into them. This was the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional Community and PGs working at their best: as transparent as was feasibly possible, with a collective focus on improving the products and features we care so much about for all Clients, Customers and delivery teams alike. I could not have done any of this without the care and support of the #MVP Community, who have kept a lookout and eye on me (when I literally can't myself) from the moment I flew out to Vancouver for the Canadian Power Platform Summit, all the way through to my return flight home. Facing new challenges with my health, some of which are scary, hasn't been easy. To everyone who I spoke to over the last couple of weeks, thank you for your kindness and support, the hugs and understanding looks that made all the difference and helps keep me going. Working on a leadership team of five, we host four half day Microsoft Dynamics 365 focused events per year with an attendance ranging between 40 and 80 attendees per event. Leadership responsibilities include planning meetings, coordiating speakers, leading group discussion and facilitating networking. In 2017 we were awarded Chapter of the Year by Dynamics Communities and the CRMUG.
