Anda G. shared thisI had a great conversation this week with Andy Rosenbaum, the Head of Digital Engineering at GEICO. It sharpened something I've been thinking about for a while: content is the wrong unit. Data is the right one. Most brands feel like they have plenty of both: mountains of content and mountains of data. But look closely at the data. It's almost all data about the content: clicks, views, bounce rates. The content itself is still locked inside pages, PDFs, and videos, each built for one place. Data about your content isn't the same as content that is data. The digital-native era was built on pages, structure, and templates. The AI-native era is built on data, content, and experience: content that exists as data, and experiences assembled for each visitor, human or machine, instead of a template published once. That's the bet behind Ace. Ace takes the content that's trapped inside the page, the PDF, the template, and breaks it into modular pieces tagged by topic, audience, funnel stage, and intent. Ace converts your content into data: accessible by any LLM or personal agent, and dynamically reassembled to be relevant to the AI-primed human. We've been here before. Responsive design got named in 2010, and Google started ranking on mobile-friendliness in 2015. One source of truth, many screens. Agents are the next version of that, and the lesson is the same. Responsive design worked because the content could flex to fit any screen. The new destination isn't a screen at all. It's a machine deciding what to recommend. If your content is data, one source can do both jobs: structured, citable data for the agent, and an immersive experience assembled for the person. If it's trapped in pages, you rebuild for every new place your brand may show up, whether that's an AI answer, a shopping agent, or whatever comes next. Here's my take for now: before you build for agents, make your content data. Everything you want to do with agents gets easier from there. #RTR

Anda G. shared thisThe demand for Ace and the desire to scale it from our early partners has been overwhelming and exciting. It became clear that scaling Ace had to happen in conjunction with a partner we trust, who serves our Fortune 1000 customers and understands how to scale an infrastructure layer with a usage and outcomes-based model. We're proud to announce today that Ace is available on Google Cloud Marketplace, enabling our clients to use their commits and credits to scale Ace! Excited for what is ahead for Knotch and Ace! 💪 🚀 💃 Read the press release here: https://lnkd.in/etnJH_dw

Anda G. shared this“Take every best practice as the start of an AI experiment, not as the source of truth” That’s Kimi Chuang, Head of Growth Marketing at Asana, on Episode 2 of “Reserve the Right." It’s advice from an early mentor, and Kimi still lives by it. Every business is different, so she treats a default as a hypothesis to test. That includes how she makes sense of noisy AI search data without relying on any one signal. 🎧 Listen to the full episode: Apple https://lnkd.in/es66-rYj Spotify https://lnkd.in/e4-tuU6P

Anda G. shared thisWhat would you do differently if you (re)started college tomorrow? Last weekend I attended my Stanford University reunion and had an amazing time reconnecting with my classmates. Reunions are a great opportunity to reflect on who we once were, what our dreams were, where we are now and what - if anything - we would have done differently. So I have been doing that for the past few days and here is where I landed on the advice I would give myself if I were to start college again tomorrow. 1. Have more fun, no one (and I mean no one) will ever care about your grades or academic awards. The things that really matter are the experiences and the people. 2. Don’t be scared. No, the admission officer didn’t make a mistake when she called and told you that you’re an entrepreneur and that Stanford is where you belong. You do belong here. Act like you know that because deep down you do. 3. Learn as much as you can about humans and machines because the future will be at the intersection of the two and how well we can manage that intersection as a species. #ReserveTheRight

Anda G. shared thisHappy Friday, greetings from from San Francisco. Here’s a hot take on a hot Friday: hunkering down is the riskiest thing a company can do right now. About a year ago I came across Nassim Taleb’s idea of anti-fragility: systems that don’t just survive chaos but get stronger because of it. The human body is his example, since it builds strength through stress and resistance. The companies that struggle most in uncertain times tend to have single points of failure. For founders, one of the most common is raising too much at too high a valuation and spending it too fast, which leaves you betting everything on one version of the future. Jonathan Mildenhall recently walked through how Chanel handled a rough stretch. Instead of retreating, they hired a new creative director, held prices to encourage demand, launched strong new product, and invested more in brand. Eighteen months later, they’re the fastest growing luxury brand out there. Where I could be wrong: diversifying only works if you can afford the bets. Spread too thin and it starts to look more like flailing. What do you think? Are you building anti fragile companies, and if so, how? As always, I reserve the right to be wrong. #RTR

Anda G. shared thisEpisode 2 of the Reserve the Right #podcast is live, and I had so much fun recording this. My guest is Kimi Chuang, Head of Growth Marketing at Asana. We talked about what it feels like to be an AI native marketer right now, and Kimi was honest about what that means in this moment, right now, with the AI hype world within San Francisco. Three takeaways from this conversation: - Why her favorite way to use AI is as a thought partner that spots her blind spots - How she makes sense of noisy LLM visibility data - The advice from an early mentor that still guides her and why you should use it too New episodes of #RTR come out every other week. Drop into the comments if you want to come on the pod, if you have a strong opinion loosely held, or if you want in on my newsletter. 🎧 Listen here Apple https://lnkd.in/es66-rYj Spotify https://lnkd.in/e4-tuU6P

Anda G. reacted on thisAnda G. reacted on thisWhat if one of your most-visited web pages is also one of your biggest brand liabilities? Knotch Labs highlights a troubling finding: 1 in 6 high-traffic pages is corroding the brand. Think about what that means for your next campaign. Driving more visitors to those pages could amplify the damage. Content leaders should ask: what happens to people’s perception of our brand once they arrive? Traffic tells us how many people we reached. We also need to understand whether the experience builds trust, answers their questions and helps them move forward. Before putting more money behind your highest-traffic content, make sure it’s earning that investment. The full story: https://lnkd.in/eX_BxbXe

Anda G. reacted on thisAnda G. reacted on thisGEICO just partnered with Unrivaled Basketball. Two challenger brands — both disruptive by design & necessity, both changing models and minds along the way. This one makes all the sense in the world. GEICO rewrote the insurance marketing playbook by doing what the category refused to do: be interesting. They built a brand people actually remember — through humor, through storytelling, through creative that refused to look like insurance. They grew by making people actually like their insurer. Unrivaled rewrote the women's basketball offseason model. Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart built a league from scratch — player-led, fan-first, during the window everyone else ignored. Both brands bet on the underutilized. Both won. So when GEICO signs Collier — Unrivaled co-founder, five-time WNBA All-Star, two-time Olympic gold medalist — this isn't just another athlete deal. It's a statement of intent with a platform being built in real time. The partnership spans social content, community activations, and appearances through the 2026 WNBA playoffs and into Unrivaled season three. Sustained. Integrated. Creator-forward. Designed to show fans who she is beyond the stat line — as an athlete, an entrepreneur, and a mother. That kind of storytelling architecture produces something a one-off investment never does: real brand data. YoY awareness lift. Community trust signals. The numbers that show up in the next boardroom conversation about whether women's sports is worth the investment. At Deep Blue Sports + Entertainment, we've been building this case with GEICO — connecting their brand to the creators, the communities, and the moments that actually move fans. This isn’t about renting (basketball) culture, it’s about investing in the creators of it. This Unrivaled deal is the continuation of that work. And rest assured it isn't the end of it. When challenger brands recognize challenger properties, the whole market moves. LFG. The commercial limit does not exist. 🦈🦎 Huge congrats to Arianna Orpello Lewko Kate Jalkut Seth Fishbein and GEICO team along with Alex Bazzell Kirby Porter Skelly Payne Matthew Drew Taylor Lake and Unrivaled team. S3 coming in HOT!

Great piece by Alex Konrad on what this week’s OpenAI and Anthropic healthcare announcements really signal for founders and the ecosystem. Thanks for including my perspective. As I shared with Alex: healthcare has always been a massive opportunity, but what feels different now is ecosystem readiness. Patients and providers are finally prepared to adopt AI in ways that fit real workflows, with serious enterprise partnerships acknowledging that healthcare change doesn’t happen in isolation. These launches feel less like an overnight disruption and more like a formal declaration of intent—raising the bar for startups while underscoring how critical trust, privacy, and deep domain relationships remain. AI will increasingly be a primary interface for analysis and decision-making in health, even if it doesn’t ultimately create a single “master” access point for patients. Early stage assumptions either prove out or fall apart when distribution begins. Every single time. On October 7, I am joining the panel at GTM Unplugged LIVE, hosted by @Equity Angels, and conducting a live Q&A with @Court Lorenzini, founding CEO of @DocuSign. We will be exploring what sustainable customer traction actually requires once the easy playbooks stop working. I will be contributing perspective from @Elevate My Brand alongside what our team looks at with @Fabric VC, focusing on the day-to-day work of distribution from both operator and investor viewpoints. Credit to the organizers, the crew behind the scenes, and my fellow panelists for putting real sales execution and team effort front and center.

Today we officially kick off our $2M pre seed round for Salubrum (Backed by Forum Ventures), supported by Forum Ventures, Coeus Collective Ventures, and Draper House Americas. Healthcare companies spend over $30B a year trying to acquire patients. The problem is not media. The problem is timing. Every time a patient approaches a healthcare decision a moment opens. Which doctor to see. Which procedure to pursue. Which treatment to start. For the companies involved in that decision, knowing that moment exists is incredibly valuable. Salubrum (Backed by Forum Ventures) is building the intelligence layer that maps those decision moments across the U.S. patient population. Our system aggregates large healthcare datasets covering 300M+ patient identities and uses them to predict when individuals are approaching important healthcare decisions. That signal can then be used by providers, pharma companies, payers, and other healthcare organizations trying to reach patients at the right time. Our first wedge is patient acquisition for healthcare providers and brands, but the underlying intelligence layer has much broader applications wherever patient behavior influences economic decisions. Over the past months we have quietly built the foundation. • Early pilots validating our patient intent scoring system • Distribution partnerships forming across healthcare platforms • Backed by Forum Ventures, Coeus Collective Ventures, Draper House Americas, NEXT Canada and Metta World Peace Starting tomorrow we will be meeting investors as part of the Forum Ventures showcase. If you are an investor interested in building with us get in touch. Calendly: https://lnkd.in/e5j-VvGC Investor Memo: https://lnkd.in/e5HyemAp

The rise and rise of companies like Midi Health is signalling a real shift in women’s health: MIDLIFE health is finally having it’s moment, and quickly being recognised as a serious clinical and economic category, not a niche space. What feels/is different now is that outcomes, organic demand, and women’s lived experiences are aligning — creating both legitimacy and scale.. If this positive momentum continues, the next wave of unicorns in women’s health won’t just be about access, but about more well-thought and integrated products that support women’s health through the second half of life.

The "One Number" That Derails Fundraisers Most founders believe their fundraising fails because of market size, competition, or valuation. In reality, the single most common cause of early deal-kill in 2026 is Net Dollar Retention (NDR) / Cohort Churn misalignment. When institutional VCs run due diligence, they look straight past top-line ARR growth to test the underlying retention health: • High acquisition with high churn is just expensive customer acquisition. • Expansion revenue from existing logos (NDR > 110%+) proves true product-market fit and pricing power. Before going to market, founders must ensure their core operational data room tells a clear, undeniable story about customer retention and payback periods. At G+QUANT we partner with early-stage founders to structure institutional-grade investment decks, data rooms, and capital strategies that withstand rigorous VC due diligence. Founders: Have you stress-tested your retention cohort metrics prior to initiating your next round?
