A big thank you to Vital Care Infusion Services for entrusting us with this expansion! With our franchise agreement officially signed, we’re beginning the work of building a locally owned and operated home infusion pharmacy serving patients, physicians, health systems, and care teams throughout the Upper Valley and surrounding communities in New Hampshire and Vermont. Our mission will be to help patients receive complex infusion therapies safely and conveniently while delivering the responsive, personal service that comes from having a local team invested in the community. There is plenty of work ahead before we open our doors, and we’re excited to bring everyone along for the journey. Aalek Mehta reacted on thisI’m incredibly excited to share that we’re officially launching Vital Care of Lebanon, NH, our third Vital Care Infusion Services location. This one is particularly exciting because of the opportunity to serve patients across New Hampshire and Vermont. These are incredibly rural states, and far too many patients and families find themselves traveling significant distances simply to access the care they need. We believe there is a tremendous opportunity to change that. Our goal with Vital Care of Lebanon, NH is to bring high-quality infusion therapy closer to home and build a truly local resource for patients, physicians, health systems, and care teams throughout the Upper Valley and surrounding communities. Launching a third location is also a good reminder that none of this happens alone. We have incredible teams at Vital Care of Portland, ME and Vital Care of Springfield whose success has created the opportunity for us to continue to expand across New England - now serving MA, VT, NH and ME. A special thank you to my wife, Stefanie Ross Pereira, who has supported me through the long days, late nights, and probably more conversations about pharmacies and infusion therapy than she ever expected when we got married. I could not keep building these businesses without her support. Finally, a big thank you to my business partners in Will Hetzler and Brian Pereira, whose sound advice supports our continued growth. We have built Sequence with customer obsession, a highly ambitious product mindset, relentless tenacity, curiosity and deep passion for our domain and a strong ownership mindset that extends across the team. I couldn't be prouder of what we've achieved together. A few years ago, we set out to build the leading AI-native revenue platform for Finance teams, covering the entire quote-to-revenue process. Today, Sequence handles revenue and billing for some of the fastest-growing AI, SaaS and Fintech companies in the world. The acquisition will extend Intuits financial system of intelligence with new revenue management capabilities and strengthen its mid-market offerings, including Intuit Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online Advanced. Mid-market businesses and the accounting firms who advise them will get a single platform to price, bill and collect on revenue tied to consumption, usage, seats and milestones, giving businesses a modern alternative to legacy ERPs that still require manual work to manage revenue. With Intuit, we will continue our mission of building AI revenue tools for finance teams, now at a much larger scale and across industry verticals from software and professional services to construction, manufacturing, non-profit and more. We saw a problem that nobody else was willing to solve - that Indian startups were growing 10x and young people wanted to work in/build startups, but nobody was helping them build the right skills, network & mindset. Almost everyone advised us not to start in education, given the stories we all know. But we felt this problem was too big to ignore. Something had to be done ! In just last 3 years, our students have achieved amazing outcomes - - 300+ alumni in top 100 startups in India at 26+ lac avg CTC, 50% in AI first roles - 50+ student startups incubated & raised 35+Cr in funding, with 3 teams raising 1M$ + in funding, featuring on shark tank, EF, Foundry All of this could not have been possible without literally blood & sweat of the most mission driven team I have seen in my life so far !! This milestone truly truly belongs to each & everyone in our team, current & those who were there earlier. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to every team member who has been here since the company was founded. They built something that gives employers real control over their health plans, and I’ll make sure they have what they need to keep building. Employers are paying more every year for care that too often delivers less. Low-value care goes unchecked, prices stay hidden, and incentives reward volume over outcomes. Aalek Mehta liked thisAalek Mehta liked thisWe just signed and closed our financials for last year. FY26: for the first time, Open Secret is EBITDA profitable. And we grew 54% while doing it. What you see is a turnaround. What you don't see is the pain underneath it. This wasn't a growth-at-all-costs story. It was a discipline story. Every year, the same question: grow the top line, shrink the losses. No shortcuts. It took an irrational belief that this would work, long before the numbers agreed. The output: a team with the resilience to fight hard and win. And a brutal clarity on who your real friends are, and who isn't. This journey has changed me. More humble. Also more hungry. And sometimes, I became the worst version of myself. It was survival. If I was harsh with anyone along the way - I'm sorry. Thank you to everyone who bought from us, who spoke well of us when it mattered. We wouldn't have survived without you. Next target: PAT profitability, and getting back to 100% YoY growth (we've already accelerated growth in FY27). But today, we’ll take this one.
