💥 Zoom is about to cross $5 billion in revenue. That’s not a pandemic hangover. That’s a platform. “In FY26, revenue growth accelerated 130 basis points to 4.4%, reflecting the growing adoption of Zoom as a system of action for modern work,” says Eric S. Yuan, CEO of Zoom. Enterprise revenue grew 7.1%. CX posted high double-digit growth. Paid AI featured in 100% of its top 10 contact center deals. Today, Zoom shared our quarterly and EOY results, marking the end of a pivotal year for the company. Our disciplined execution and focus on scale yielded Q4 revenue growth of 5.3% and full-year FY26 revenue growth of 4.4%. This success reflects a critical shift — organizations are moving beyond systems of record and engagement toward AI-driven systems of action to help customers and employees get real work done. Zoom is at the heart of this transformation, which will be a key focus for our business in FY27.
