Your brain immediately starts an audit of every single thing you have done in the last six months. You spend the hour before the meeting preparing for a conversation about the end of the world, only to show up and realize they just wanted to ask where you found that one specific template. ☁️ Azure is your home turf? Let’s talk. We’re looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer based in Latin America who doesn’t just “know” Azure, but lives in it. You’ve designed, deployed, broken, and fixed things in Azure for years, and you know AKS, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and App Service the way most people know their own kitchen. You’ll join a US-based engineering team supporting a client in a highly regulated healthcare environment. This is real production ownership: no ticket queues, no “just keep the lights on.” You’ll help shape how reliability is built, measured, and protected. 🔧 What you’ll be doing: - Building out observability with Datadog and Azure Monitor/App Insights: SLOs, alert rules, synthetic checks - Owning deployment automation with blue/green and canary patterns, backed by Infrastructure as Code - Optimizing performance and cost across Azure SQL and Cosmos DB - Writing the runbooks that make 3 a.m. incidents boring - Being part of a PagerDuty on-call rotation (SEV-1/SEV-2) on a shared schedule ✅ What you bring - 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure - Deep, hands-on Microsoft Azure expertise (AWS experience is a plus, but Azure is the must) - Kubernetes experience, ideally AKS - Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools - Observability tools like Datadog, Azure Monitor, Grafana, or similar - Strong English, written and spoken, for daily work with US teammates and clients 📌 Full-time, remote from LATAM.
