Not a tool. A hire.

About us

Viktor is an AI employee that lives in your Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace. You @mention it like any teammate and the work gets done. It connects to 3,200+ tools your company already uses and does the actual work: pulls reports from Stripe, manages Google Ads keywords, builds dashboards, drafts emails, files tickets, reconciles invoices. It runs scheduled tasks while you sleep. It delivers real outputs (PDFs, spreadsheets, web apps), not walls of text. And it learns how your team operates, so it gets better the longer you work together.

SEO teams don't need AI to replace them. They need AI to take repetitive work off their plate. We saw this firsthand while working with viktor.com Before Viktor, our team was spending 6 hours manually checking websites and doing audits. After using Viktor, we were able to do this in just ONE hour. That gave the team back hours that could be spent on strategy, prioritising issues, and figuring out what actually needed to be fixed.  That may sound like a small workflow change. But when you're managing SEO across multiple websites, those hours add up quickly. And that's where AI can actually help. Not by replacing SEO strategists. Not by making every decision. Not by automating everything just because it's possible. But by handling the repetitive work: → Checking what needs attention → Flagging potential issues → Monitoring changes → Bringing important information to the team So SEO professionals can spend more time on the things AI shouldn't be deciding: Strategy. Priorities. Judgment. Direction. For context, I work with my team on SEO, content, and digital growth, helping businesses improve their organic visibility and build sustainable search strategies. The real opportunity isn't using AI to do everything. It's using AI to give your team more time to do what actually matters. Get started free at viktor.com $100 in credits included, no card. • Wednesday, Sept 23 at 2 PM ET (tomorrow!) an agency owner opens the live workspace where an AI employee does the client work. The before and after numbers go on the same screen. Mina Elias runs Trivium Group, an e-commerce agency. Viktor took over real work for real clients there. The walkthrough is that workspace as it looks that day. Setup first, then what changed in the agency's numbers once Viktor was in place. Filip Viktor Sobiecki from our team follows with what ships next. Questions after. Worth an hour if you run an agency of any kind. Marketing, e-commerce, creative, dev, or one that sets up AI for clients. Wednesday, September 23, 2 PM Eastern / 8 PM Europe. Everyone who registers gets the recording, so the time zone is no excuse. https://lnkd.in/dWaE9T38

  • Meet Viktor Infinity ∞ Since March, Viktor has worked as an AI employee inside chat. Six months in, he remembers how your company runs and does the job himself across 3,200+ tools, for 60,000+ teams. The one thing you could never do was sit down with him. Today you can. Infinity is a live conversation with Viktor, powered by OpenAI's GPT-Live, on a canvas where the work assembles while you speak. Ask what changed in the pipeline this week and the numbers are on the wall before he finishes the sentence. Tell him to move Thursday's call and write the recap, and the draft appears in front of you. Read it, say "send it", and it's done. Leave him on while you work, like a colleague at the next desk who only speaks when there's something to show. People have been trying to build Jarvis since the first Iron Man film. Most attempts started with the voice and hoped the work would follow, which is why voice assistants spent a decade with nothing competent listening. Viktor did six months of the work first. Now you can talk to him, and watch him do it. Viktor Infinity is live today for every Viktor workspace in the web app. https://lnkd.in/e928zZ4k

  • I run a content strategy consultancy, where my team and I help companies build brands that convert. And for the past few weeks, I’ve had an AI employee working inside it. The biggest thing I’ve learned? I don’t want AI to do everything. I’ve been testing viktor.com on work like client reporting, follow-ups, research and recurring tasks I’d normally handle myself. One of the biggest wins was outreach. I asked Viktor to set up a campaign. He created the account, connected the list, built the first flows and ran a test send. The only thing he needed from me? Approval on the send window. That’s what excites me about AI. Not getting answers faster. But turning work I used to execute into work I only need to review. There are still things I won’t hand over though. Like the first conversation with a new client. I still want to hear the problem in their own words, understand the nuance and read between the lines. But everything after that can get a little help from AI. Because I don’t think the goal is to automate everything. It’s to figure out what AI should own, so you can spend more time on the work that actually needs you. Get started free at viktor.com $100 in credits included, no card required. • Transfer confirmed. Michael Matloka joins Viktor as Product Engineer. Previous club: PostHog. He signed there as employee number five, the day after his final school exam. Six years in the first team followed. He went on to start and lead PostHog AI and ship their agent into Slack. That project taught him the hard part is everything around the model. So he joined the company where that layer is the whole product. Our first two signings were commercial. Robbie sells Viktor, Matt grows him. Michael builds him. Top engineers are picking Viktor. The squad has room for more. Welcome, Michael.

  • Someone here wanted to understand a GitHub repo with 200,000 stars. Reading it properly was not happening this week. So they typed one line in Slack: make a video explaining this. Ten minutes later, a narrated explainer with music. Then a follow-up ask, a branded deck to pitch it internally, back in under a minute. No editor. No brief. No new tool to learn. The request went in the channel they were already working in. If you can name the thing you don't understand, you can have it explained back to you.

  • Transfer confirmed. Matt Swulinski joins as Head of Growth. Previous club: Wispr Flow, Head of Growth. He ran channels solo that used to take a department. Then he tried to turn that into a system his team could run. It broke the day he put a second person on it. The setup he walks into: multiplayer AI as the growth thesis. Not another tab that makes one person superhuman. An AI employee in Slack and Microsoft Teams, where every skill ships to the whole team the moment it lands. He has been with us since before Viktor had a name. Advisor first. Margins of his own job. Now full-time. Welcome to the club, Matt.

  • BREAKING: the AI era just got a new job. Vibe deploying: getting paid to put AI employees to work inside real businesses. Enterprises get forward deployed engineers. Everyone else gets a Viktor Implementation Specialist. Live today. Free to apply.

Vibe coding made people build. Vibe deploying makes people money. The definition: vibe deploying is getting paid to put AI employees to work inside real businesses. No code. You set up Viktor, our AI employee, in a company's Slack or Microsoft Teams, teach it their workflows, and charge for it. The first vibe deployers are already invoicing. Troy Dean, founder of Agency Mavericks, vibe deployed his way to six figures in his first 30 days (partner-reported, and yes, results vary). Melissa E. saw his post and now onboards the so-called boring businesses: construction firms, real estate agencies, accountants, even nonprofits. Nine times the client load she could carry a year ago, still a team of one. A few weeks ago I posted that you can't fly an engineer into a four-person landscaping business. Anthropic, Blackstone and Goldman just put $1.5 billion into Ode, whose only product is implementing AI for enterprises. So implementation is the job. The plane is the problem. Big companies get forward deployed engineers. Everyone else gets you. viktor.com still installs itself. A specialist is for owners who'd rather have it done for them. I used to wait tables. Same principle, better margins. Today we're opening the Viktor Implementation Specialist program: - Set your own setup fee, keep 100% of it. Partners report $3,000 to $10,000 per implementation. - Earn 20% of your client's Viktor spend for 12 months, paid monthly. - Activation bonuses up to $2,000. Your clients get $100 off. Five clients on $2,000/month plans is roughly $44K to $79K in first-year gross (illustrative, results vary.) Troy's line: "It's like teaching people how to use the internet in 1995."

  • Transfer confirmed. Robbie O'Connor joins viktor.com as Chief Revenue Officer. Previous clubs: Google, Dropbox, Asana, Notion. Twelve years taking new categories of work software to market. He spent the last year on the investor side, looking at AI companies with some of Europe's best VCs. Then he picked us. His reason: customers were already talking about Viktor like it mattered to them personally, before the category had a name. Same tell he saw before Dropbox, Asana, and Notion took off. The setup he walks into: $25M ARR in our first sixteen weeks, fully self-serve, no sales team. Now he builds the sales motion on top. The GTM squad is forming across Warsaw, Dublin, and soon New York. If you want to play with someone who has done this three times, his DMs are open. Welcome to the club, Robbie!
