Every week I talk to leaders who are genuinely excited about what AI can do. Yet, 95% of organizations currently have zero return on AI investment (Source: MIT Review). Those two things can't both be true for long. When I dig into why the pilot worked but the rollout stalled, the answer is almost always the same: there's no coordination layer. Agents making decisions that systems downstream can't act on. Outputs with no clear owner. People filling gaps nobody planned for. This is an architecture problem. And one we intend to fix.
