The original plan: a two-minute interview. The actual result: two leaders obsessed with performance, talking about performance — and completely ignoring the clock. (The comms team was not okay.) Jim Voss and Al Peasland were told there was a limit. They had other ideas. Hit play and watch. #TheTennecoWay #CadillacF1 #GameOn #NoBoundaries

Our Kostelec plant made history. It's now the first-ever #P3 Gold-certified plant in Europe. That's a big deal, not because of the certification hanging on the wall, but because of what it took to earn it. They kept pushing, improving, and asking what needed to be better — and then doing the work to make it happen. With the strong leadership of Plant Manager David Ashfield, this team showed up to define (and redefine) the standard, solve problems, and keep raising the bar, #TheTennecoWay. Achieving P3 certification at any level isn’t easy — in fact, some have called achieving P3 Gold “impossible.” And yet, Kostelec showed us that with the right mindset, “impossible” is just a limit meant to be proved wrong. Congratulations, Kostelec. You've shown what's possible when a team refuses to put a ceiling on its own potential. #P3

Under the leadership of Jim Voss, Tenneco has engineered one of the most significant turnarounds in the industry — moving from the bottom quartile of its peers to the top of performance in less than three years. All while operating across 158 manufacturing sites, 28 countries, and a global team of more than 60,000 people. How did it happen? Jim sat down with Jan Griffiths on the Automotive Leaders Podcast to talk about the leadership behind Tenneco's transformation. Culture, accountability, execution — and why Jim believes a leader's job isn't to score touchdowns; it's to remove obstacles for the people doing the work. This is us sharing the playbook #TheTennecoWay Parts I and II are live. Links below. Part I: https://lnkd.in/gUmrTbaH Part II: https://lnkd.in/gB5bF5SR #Leadership #NoBoundaries

When you're built to push boundaries, you thrive in environments that knock them down. That's exactly what #TennecoUniversity is designed to do — put leaders in the room where it's hard, and see what they're made of. Last week, our latest #TENNU cohort spent a week learning directly from Tenneco's executive leadership — including CEO Jim Voss — and Michigan State University faculty. They worked through real-world challenges and built the competencies to lead #TheTennecoWay — with velocity, execution, and an eye toward what's next. These leaders return to their teams with a responsibility that extends beyond themselves — to create momentum, turn their unlimited potential into performance, and develop the next generation of leaders. High performance starts with high care. That's why we invest in development the way we do. The week is over. The work isn't. Congratulations to our latest #TENNU cohort. #GameOn

250 of our top regional leaders, together in one room. Different countries and cultures, united by #TheTennecoWay. Throughout the week, leaders aligned around the principles that define how we operate: moving with speed, executing with discipline, holding the standard, and never settling for anything less than better-than-best. Ideas were challenged, experiences were shared, assumptions were tested, and standards were raised. The result is 250 leaders, ready to build the future of an entire region, based on shared commitments and a road paved by the impact made in the room. It will travel back to every plant, office, and team they lead. It'll be felt by every customer. And it’ll show up in the results delivered, through action, across the globe. Our EMEA Leadership Summit is over. But the momentum created is just the beginning. #NoBoundaries

If you're one of only 11 #TENNXCEOAward winners across Tenneco in a year, it means something. It means you're obsessed with excellence. It means your default mode is action. It means when pressure goes up, you don't wait for the environment to get easier. That's what Stanislav Smeták did. As energy costs surged across Europe, Stanislav didn't stop at the original plan. He led more than 36 energy-saving initiatives, found opportunities others hadn't seen, and worked closely with suppliers to implement new solutions. The result: meaningful cost savings in an environment that gave nobody a break. His peers nominated him because that's how he operates. No excuses. No respect for the status quo. Just ownership, execution, and a willingness to take on hard things, #TheTennecoWay. As part of the award, Tenneco also made a donation to Stanislav's charity of choice, extending the impact beyond our walls and into the community. Congratulations, Stanislav. You set the standard.

Our standard for leadership is high, and #TennecoUniversity is one way we keep raising it. This week, a new cohort of senior leaders begins TennU — an intensive experience led by Michigan State University faculty, with our CEO and Executive Leadership Team teaching alongside them. We put our senior-most leaders in the room because developing leaders is how we sustain #TheTennecoWay — and how our culture carries forward through the people who understand what it takes to lead here and execute at the pace our business requires. These 25 leaders were handpicked because they've demonstrated what it takes to succeed here: the ability to think boldly, perform relentlessly, and deliver with excellence in an industry that doesn't slow. They have a challenging week ahead. That's by design. Because growth doesn't happen inside comfort zones. It happens when expectations rise, standards get higher, and leaders are pushed to think differently. Game on. #NoBoundaries #TENNU

At Tenneco, safety lives in the choices we make every day. The choice to speak up. The choice to step in. The choice to stop something before it becomes a problem. Because what you walk by becomes the standard you accept. From the plant floor to leadership, it's on us to see it, own it, stop it. Every shift. Every site. Every day. That’s how we protect what matters most: our people. That’s safety, #TheTennecoWay.
