Synechron joined the American India Foundation at its 25th anniversary Gala in New York, a milestone worth celebrating. For a quarter century, AIF has worked to improve public health, education and economic opportunity for communities across India. The evening brought together leaders from business, technology and philanthropy who share that goal, and it was a good reminder of how much gets done when those worlds work together Ravnit Kohli, Nilesh Tambe, Frances Cruz, Meghna Saikia, and Anant Gurnale represented Synechron on the night. That's a wrap on Insurtech Insights. Three stage sessions, a joint booth with Appian, and a lot of good questions from insurers rethinking how their operations actually run. The highlight: our Tech Stage session with Tokio Marine HCC, "Your Data Is Not Late. Your Architecture Is." We demoed a live, production-ready platform built with Tokio Marine HCC that handles policy operations end to end, from quote and bind through document delivery. Because it makes data available in parallel rather than downstream, it gives insurers a real foundation for AI in underwriting and policy operations, not just a roadmap slide.s The platform also connects to Appian's AI-powered underwriting workbench, which we showed live at the booth: AI inside core processes, speeding up claims handling and submission clearance. What a day and what a session at Insurtech Insights, New York. Great audience, great engagement, and a message that clearly resonated, with a number of insurers continuing the conversation after the session. We presented Synechron’s new architecture, built with and for Tokio Marine. Live and in production today at Tokio Marine HCC, this Data-first, API-first, and cloud-first technology is supporting policy operations from quote to bind to document delivery. By unlocking data and making it available in parallel rather than downstream, the platform creates the foundation for real-time AI, connected operations, and dramatically lower operating costs. We also demonstrated how Synechron’s architecture and platform integrates with Appian’s AI-assisted underwriting workbench, extending the vision to end-to-end connected operations across underwriting and policy. Partnering with Bank of New York (BNY) and its Women in Engineering in Engineering (WE NY) group, Synechron hosted the AI Agents of Change Design Workshop. With more than 75 participants from BNY, the session brought together professionals across functions to explore how AI agents can move from concept to practical, actionable solutions. Through hands-on collaboration, real-world use cases and team-based design challenges, teams generated creative, practical ideas in real time. What stood out most: - Cross-functional collaboration and energy across every group - Creative, business-relevant AI design ideas from every team - A shared commitment to learning and applying AI responsibly - Healthy competition, with a well-deserved win to celebrate Thank you to WE NY for putting this together, and to all participants for bringing openness, enthusiasm and fresh thinking. Thanks also to our Synechron organizers — Rose Ritchie, Paul Jones, Matt Craddock and Frances Cruz — for facilitating the workshop and helping translate AI capabilities into real-world value.
