Our most recent patient-first research from Swoop Communities and Alkermes reveals that 85 percent of respondents want treatments that improve sleep quality. Nighttime symptoms matter. To deliver truly patient-first care, healthcare brands must understand and address the full 24-hour cycle of this condition. Learn More: https://lnkd.in/e99-ex4n

What do IBD patients need most when considering advanced treatment options? According to new MyCrohnsAndColitisTeam research, the answer starts with education, trust, and clear conversations with the right specialist. The survey found that 88% of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis respondents say IBD has negatively impacted their quality of life. Among patients who have never taken an advanced immunotherapy, awareness remains limited, and concerns about side effects or safety are the leading barrier. These insights reinforce the need for patient-first education that helps people with IBD weigh concerns, understand potential benefits, and engage in more informed conversations with gastroenterologists.
