    In celebration of Pride Month, our House of Pride Employee Resource Group recently hosted our annual Pride Mixer at Dolce Vita. This afternoon brought together the Steve Madden community across New York City for an afternoon dedicated to celebration, connection, and community.   Team members enjoyed festive cocktails, bites from Chester Medina Catering, a photo booth experience by Velvet Turtle Events, and incredible drag performances by Nicky O and Jamie CD that kept the energy high throughout the evening. The event created space for meaningful reflection and celebration of the allyship that continues to uplift and support our LGBTQ+ community.   We were especially honored to welcome author and Gender Liberation Movement co-founder Raquel Willis, whose presence and remarks added insightful perspective to the celebration. We were also proud to have our nonprofit partners, The Trevor Project, Callen-Lorde Community Health Center, and Black Voters Matter join us to share more about the important work they do to support LGBTQ+ communities and civic engagement every day.   Thank you to everyone who attended and to Andrew Bisdale for these amazing photographs of such a fun, memorable event.   • In celebration of National Employee Wellness Month, SMWellness hosted our Annual Health Fair across both our NYC and LIC office locations. Employees were brought together for a day dedicated to health, wellness, and self-care.   Team members enjoyed a variety of wellness-focused experiences, including massage therapy, manicures, fitness challenges, tastings, wellness injections, facials, and much more! From our DIY Affirmation Scribble & Snack to chair massages and a squat challenge, we focused on supporting mental well-being in fun and meaningful ways.   • Introducing five students to know from Steve Madden's Celebrating Fashion's Future program. As part of the program, the students formed teams and were challenged to identify and pitch the next big Steve Madden collaboration—blending brand, culture, and consumer insight into a compelling vision for what’s next. As a team, these students presented a uniquely lifestyle-driven collaboration with Blank Street Coffee. By tapping into the global matcha trend and the rise of "cafe culture," they envisioned a partnership that brings special collections and community-focused activations to life, bridging the gap between a daily ritual and personal style.   • National Bring Your Child to Work Day was an incredible event with an amazing turnout! 🎉 Our future leaders spent the day exploring the office, meeting our teams, and getting a behind-the-scenes look at what we do every day. The Human Resources team was proud to host the event and create a fun, engaging, and welcoming experience for everyone. At LIC, the kids enjoyed office tours along with special presentations from our Marketing and Design teams. We wrapped up the day with a fun Paint & Sip activity before the children spent the rest of the afternoon shadowing their parents. In NYC, the kids had a great time making bracelets and learning more about the workplace in a hands-on way. It was amazing to see so much curiosity, energy, and excitement throughout the day. We loved sharing what we do and inspiring the next generation of leaders. We can’t wait to welcome them back again next year!
