We had a great time in Frankfurt earlier this week at the BAI Alternative Investor Conference. It was a pleasure connecting with clients and partners from across the alternative investments ecosystem and discussing key trends, opportunities, and challenges shaping the industry. A couple of insightful days filled with valuable conversations about the future of alternative investments.

What does it look like when a company gives every employee a full week to experiment with AI? For us, it looked like this. We turned an entire IP Sprint into a company-wide hackathon space to learn, push ideas, and work on innovations that simply weren't possible before. No narrow brief. As investors rebuild short positions on the yen, concerns are rising about the effectiveness of policy support. SimCorp's Olivier d'Assier, Lead Principal of Investment Decision Research, APAC, told Reuters that “no amount of intervention is going to really work” given underlying fiscal pressures.
