Disconnected systems are the scariest thing in defense programs 🎃 MBSE, PLM, and ALM data that don’t talk to each other mean manual reconciliation, stale baselines, and surprises in the field. 97Helix™ unifies your existing tools into one authoritative digital thread, aligned to DoDI 5000.97, with no vendor lock. ConnectCORE™, part of the 97Helix CORE suite, brings those systems together in a single pane of glass. TDPWerx automates Technical Data Package validation, so engineers spend less time checking copies and more time on design. It works across CAD, PLM, and MBSE tools and checks against DoW and industry standards. Our clients can focus on the mission instead of the monsters in the fine print. Happy Halloween from our team. Here’s to fewer surprises. #DigitalEngineering #DigitalThread #MBSE #PLM #Halloween

About us
Sabel Systems is a digital engineering and DefenseTech company that helps Department of War (DoW) programs connect the tools, data, models, and teams behind modern weapon systems. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, we serve the Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Space Force with teams in 37 states. Our flagship platform, 97Helix, is a digital engineering ecosystem that unifies more than 80 engineering tools — MBSE, PLM, requirements, simulation, and sustainment data — into one secure environment, proven in IL5 and IL6. The FY27 NDAA directs DoW to scale digital engineering and PLM adoption under DoDI 5000.97 — the same governed, enterprise-scale capability, reused across programs rather than rebuilt from scratch, that 97Helix delivers today. Its modules (nimbusCORE, dataCORE, collabCORE, and connectCORE) give programs a single digital thread from design through sustainment. Our product family also includes: TDPWerx — validates technical data packages in weeks instead of months Code Foundry — secure software factory capability for defense programs Spacestation — digital engineering and agile transformation platform for Space Force programs We solve four critical DoW problems: Integration Delay — 6+ months of tool reconciliation eliminated Late Discovery — Design defects caught in integrated models, not at CDR Rebuild Cycles — Phase transitions without 12-18 month restarts Portfolio Fragmentation — Shared baselines and inherited practices across the DoD Proven across naval shipbuilding, aviation, unmanned systems, and Space Force operations, Sabel's modular open systems approach keeps DoW free of vendor lock-in while sustaining authoritative digital engineering infrastructure. Our commitment: Remove friction that delays capability. When decision friction is eliminated, programs execute at mission tempo. The warfighter waits for nothing. Complexity Simplified. Mission Amplified. See how at sabelsystems.com.

I'm thrilled to share that Sabel Systems’ 97Helix ™ , our digital engineering platform, has received Impact Level 5 (IL5) and Impact Level 6 (IL6) Authority to Operate (ATO), expanding #Sabel's capability offering to include hosting customers in both unclassified and classified environments. "We’re proud to own this accreditation end-to-end so that government teams can evolve the platform rapidly to meet their mission needs without the friction of starting over on security. That’s how we deliver decision advantage faster." Thanks to the fantastic team that worked relentlessly to get here: Nate Swartz Valerie Bruggeman William Welch Abby Carroll Dan Fitzpatrick Shane S. The United States Marine Corps is modernizing how it fields its most critical systems, and engineering data is a priority in that effort. Sabel Systems has been awarded a digital engineering task order by the U.S. Marine Corps Program Manager Light Armored Vehicles (PM LAV) to support the Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle (ARV) program, a key part of the Marine Corps’ Force Design 2030 modernization. The award extends our digital engineering support into a flagship modernization effort. From Sabel Chief Executive Officer Shawn Chambliss-Purvis: “Modern fielding depends on engineering data that is accurate, connected, and usable from the start. This award lets us help PM LAV build that foundation so the ARV program can move faster with greater confidence.” Read the full announcement here: https://lnkd.in/efqpxTZZ

From intern to leader, Joseph Bem's path at Sabel shows what growth looks like when trust comes first. Joe joined us as an electrical engineering intern in 2019. Today he leads CodeFoundry, a product that grew from a custom solution for the U.S. Army into a platform built for the wider defense ecosystem. Along the way he was promoted six times in seven years and earned his MBA. Earlier this month, Sabel CEO Shawn Chambliss-Purvis joined the panel “Behind the Mission: Engineering the Systems That Win” at the Raymond James Aerospace, Defense and Government Conference at Nationals Park. The discussion focused on the critical role of advanced engineering and systems integration in developing mission-ready defense capabilities, addressing complex national security challenges, and supporting operational success. Thank you to Raj Kanodia of Sagewind Capital for leading the conversation, and to fellow panelists Kevin Kelly, Kevin Robinson, and Rich Sawchak for a thoughtful exchange. Mission success starts with the systems behind it. We appreciated the opportunity to be part of that dialogue. #DefenseTech #NationalSecurity #SystemsEngineering #DigitalEngineering

Heading to Los Angeles next week for AFCEA Los Angeles Space Industry Days 2026! The Space Force is working to modernize how it acquires and fields capabilities in a contested domain, and digital engineering is central to getting there faster. We’re doing the work at Sabel to bridge together mission engineering, DevSecOps, and space-domain systems expertise to help our customers move from requirements to mission-ready capability. Our Advanced Engineering Services capability portfolio has added deep space-domain engineering to our digital engineering ecosystem, and we’re excited to share what that combination makes possible. If you'll be in LA, reach out directly to our Space Digital team: Bryce Leiter, PMP, Dolores Lowe, Marsha Treece, Chelsie Bottoms, Wesley Jackman. #SpaceIndustryDays #DigitalEngineering #SpaceInnovation #LASpaceWeek #Aerospace
