  • Last Friday, we wrapped up our Concept to Customer Bootcamp with Day 3. Founders shared their pitches and what they learned through market validation. From their first assumptions to conversations with potential customers, these founders explored who needs their solution, what matters to their market, and where their ideas could go next. The Fishbowl gave them the opportunity to showcase their research and share how those findings shaped their approach. We loved hearing how their thinking evolved and seeing the energy each company brought. Congratulations to all our participating founders for asking tough questions, staying open to feedback, and putting in the work! A special shoutout to our Rev1 team, advisors, and fellow participants for the thoughtful feedback and suggestions that helped each founder consider what comes next.🚀

A teacher’s mindset and a founder’s experience. Greg Pugh brings both to Rev1’s Customer to Capital Accelerator, helping founders validate markets, sharpen their plans, and build with confidence. Our Fall ’26 cohort’s midpoint dinner a few weeks ago was a reminder of the community behind their progress. Greg has helped shape this program, and we’re grateful for the knowledge and care he continues to pour into our founders. Get to know Greg in our latest Rev1 Insider Insights blog. • Central Ohio’s healthcare and life sciences momentum was on full display last Thursday. Together with the City of Dublin, Ohio USA, we brought corporate leaders, startup founders, and ecosystem partners to Cardinal Health for the Health & Life Sciences Innovation Showcase. The conversation was an encouraging look at our ecosystem’s growth, Dublin’s role in that progress, and the knowledge, talent, and collaboration helping innovation thrive across Central Ohio. A special shoutout to panelists Jeremiah Gracia, CEcD, Nathan Heerdt, and Jerome Revish, and moderator Julia Dewey, MPH, for sharing their perspectives on the advances shaping healthcare and life sciences and what’s ahead. Thank you to David Dennis and Jeremiah Gracia for opening the event, and Andrea Ewing for leading it. Congratulations to the founders representing Apricity Robotics, ReadySet Surgical, and DASI for showcasing their companies and the innovations they’re building. Thank you to the City of Dublin for partnering with us, Cardinal Health for hosting, and everyone who joined the conversation. Connections like these create new opportunities for founders and help our region move forward. 🚀

  • A more connected innovation ecosystem starts with conversations like these. Tuesday morning, we welcomed corporate and economic development leaders to Rev1 at The Peninsula for a Big Table Conversation about deeper regional collaboration and what’s possible for Central Ohio. Together, we explored shared priorities, opportunities to strengthen connections, and how collaboration can help innovative ideas take root and grow across our region. Hearing these perspectives was valuable to us as we consider how Rev1 can help connect the people, resources, and opportunities that founders need to move forward. Thank you to The Columbus Foundation for bringing our community together through The Big Table. Special shout-out to Micah Fening, Jeremiah Gracia, CEcD, Matt Waldo, Jacques McKee, Michael Stephenson, Andrea Ewing, Norah Goldman, Julia Dewey, MPH, and Kirsten Haller for sharing your perspectives and helping shape this conversation.
