Our global leaders recently came together to bring our purpose to protect and beautify the world to life through a Colorful Communities® project at Kids In Distress, an organization dedicated to preventing child abuse, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Alongside Heart of America, our more than 100 volunteers painted living areas and an uplifting mural, assembled new furniture, beautified outdoor spaces, installed an obstacle course with ENNIS-FLINT® by PPG DECOMARK® preformed thermoplastic horizontal surface signage and built “little libraries” to share free books in the local community. “The work Kids in Distress does every day helps children feel protected and supported during incredibly difficult times,” said Malesia Dunn, our executive director, PPG Foundation and corporate global social responsibility. “By revitalizing these spaces with color and care, PPG’s global leaders lived our purpose to ‘protect and beautify’ as they created environments designed to feel uplifting and comforting. We partnered with Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) to support Dubai’s vision for a more sustainable city through a large-scale tree-planting initiative. Together with more than 80 employee volunteers mainly from Aerospace and Protective and Marine Coatings businesses with their families, we planted 500 native, climate-resilient Ghaf and Neem trees –⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ enhancing biodiversity, improving air quality and creating shaded green space in a high-traffic industrial area. As the first private company to lead a tree-planting program in the JAFZA, we’re proud to contribute to environmental stewardship and community engagement in the United Arab Emirates. #PPGproud #ProtectandBeautify

Each year, we participate in the Ergo Cup®, an internal competition that showcases employee-led ideas and innovations designed to reduce or eliminate ergonomic risks at manufacturing locations around the world. Our 2025 Ergo Cup winner is a team from our powder production facility in Greensboro, N.C. Their winning project involved modifying motorized container tuggers to assist in transporting heavy loads with minimal physical effort. That significantly reduced the risk of musculoskeletal disorders and muscle strains, while also improving efficiency and overall safety at the plant. We reported our full-year 2025 financial results today. In 2025, we consistently delivered higher sales volumes and selling prices resulting in 2% organic sales growth for the full year and 3% organic sales growth in the fourth quarter, our highest performance in any quarter of the year. “Looking ahead, I am encouraged by our organic growth momentum and what we will achieve in 2026,” said Tim Knavish, PPG chairman and chief executive officer.
